Hi, need a little advice on how to price cleaning Ipe decking. Approx. 2,000 sq ft of deck at a restaurant. Surface is mostly covered with grease from foot traffic. Cleaned many wood decks, but not much experience with Ipe. Any advice on pricing and cleaning agents? Thanks, Mark

Thanks for the leads. Also, is there anything that can remove black oil spots from concrete? I tried several degreasers, but only lightened a few of the spots- F13, Powerstroke, even used oxalic acid to try and lighten areas. Any advice? Thanks, Mark

Where do you guys buy your oxalic acid from? I get it from the Chemistry Store- 38lb for $140. Any cheaper places available? Also, what type of sprayer/method do you use to apply the acid? I use a pump up sprayer, but it takes too long for large areas of concrete. Thanks, Mark

I need to remove stains on a white stucco wall that were due to droppings left by squirrels. The squirrels had eaten berries and now there are reddish colored stains on the wall. I tried using bleach, but it did not remove the stain completely. Any advice? Thanks, Mark

Thanks Shawn, I just bougt the unit last week- brand new. Maybe it sat idle at the manufacturer for awhile. Is there a cleaner that I can run through the engine. I am no mechanic. Also, spoke with a rep at the manufacturer who said some crap about the reason this surging occurs is because the engines are being made to comply with EPA/emissions regulations. As a result, this surging may occur due to the modifications. I don't buy it.

Choking it slightly does help. What can be done to fix this? Run a cleaner through the engine? Also, when I turn the unit off, 1-2 sec later the engine pops. What causes this? Thanks, Mark
