I had a PM call on a personal matter. She just bought a house and on the inside of the house they have a fireplace. There is soot on the brick in the house, not in the fireplace but near where the mantle would be. I've used Gutter Shock on soot before but that might be a bit of a mess Anybody know of a way & product that will remove this soot from the brick INSIDE the house. Something they can do themselves or if I have to i could do it. Just looking not create a big mess Thanks Jeff

Come on to the beach, my wife said Whiteville is about 1 1/2 hours away from Myrtle Beach. 2nd week of March till the end of March we'll be doing a ton of neighborhood clubhouses, pool houses, pool decks, vinyl fences, some rust removal, pool decks and some sidewalks. There will be a lot of vinyl. we probably will have some condo work to and gutter cleaning a little bit of everything. Me and my guys would be glad to help if you want to. Come down for a couple days, hotels are cheap now. Maybe we'll meet and talk someday Jon and I'm absolutly sure we actually will have some of the same beliefs. I am left but there are many things i have feeling both way ( Flip flopper NO, just I try to look at everything in different light) As for Joe Leiberman, the republicans help put him in . They voted for him just so a democrat wouldnt take his seat, not because he was their choice or that they truly liked him I feel you should vote your beliefs, not gamemenship. I think many of the republicans who voted for him were basically selling themselves out for a wrong reason I basically think they lied in a way. I never really liked Leiberman and thats from many years ago. As for being for the war on terror, I think we all are for the war on terror, he voted for Bushes war in Iraq, not terror. I feel Iraq was a distraction and a war that was thought out before 9/11. I just feel its to bad that it took Bush almost 4 years to figure out that they didnt have enough troops, it seems like Bush is always late in his thinking, we now are sending more troops, he is now talking to N Korea, he just recently said he would talk to Iran & Syria, Gee why didnt he do this 3 1/2 years ago. He screws up at least the past 3 1/2 years and now he changes and no one holds him accountable? I agree, when I was selling my house I had a friend of a friend a realtor and he worked a little and listed the house, but wasnt selling and trying enough I thought. So we got rid of him per our agreement Then I called a realtor that showed us house a few years earlier. She worker for Chicora Caldwell Banker she had a lot more info for us showed the house several times and she was a hustler. She actually raised the asking price. I was lower than most in my neighborhood because I wanted a quick sale. she talked me into raising the price and had it sold in a couple weeks, she also was at my house one night at 10pm to get papers signed so they could be sent to the buyer in NY. She was worth every % she got. Talk to a couple realtors ask friends you know that sold about their realtors. This lady was in her late 50's and she never stopped. Listing with a large national realtor I think is good also they can have people from all over the country to show your house. Good luck with the sale

I just dont like someone calling and lying to me. It waste my time. If you got a questions say who you are and then i can either choose to help or not, but if you call lying , I definitly wont help I've had a half dozen of these calls in the last couple months. I am always willing to help a local guy, but I want the truth from the beginning or I'll never be able to trust them in the future. Christian, Jim Carroll and another local guy we all help or share info and I dont fear they would try to cut my throat. but then theres a couple others that have asked my pricing or PM's names and dont want to share anything in return. You have to be careful who you help sometimes, not all people are like many on these boards All in all I'm very trusting and if someone wants to use me being nice as a weakeness , they are wrong and will lose the benifits of being friendly competitors. These phone calls if they just said who they are I would help to one extent or more. I have helped guys who walk up as we do jobs, I got one guy going a couple years ago he wanted some extra money and i showed him how. He just does a few houses here and there, but I helped him and stopped him from using high pressure on everything. Just call & be honest I say and dont lie or try to screw me once I do help. I like working with a couple of the locals we learn from each other Houses $50 .........thats like $12.50 an hour, wow I can make that much Driveways $20.............. that doesnt seem like enough, it hurts my back to much to be bending over all day and blasting away with that white tip. I'd have to charge at least $25

My accountant now does my payroll cheap and does all my tax stuff, he will do all that and all my book keeping for biz for $350 a month. either this year or next I'll probably be handing it over to him or I might just kill myself LOL I still am looking for someone that can do it all a coule days a week, I just dont want someone in my house so i might make a little office in my warehoue. I need pricing, I have 3000 sq ft worth of vinyl siding, the property wants it done, they had heard about the product, I told them its being discontinued , but If I get a price to them, they will go for it if its still around. I like Hillary about as much as Bush......Hillary Bush yuck LOL I dont think either one of them are good for our country now or in the future. I think someone else could of handled terrorism, economy, bin laden, world view, homeland security and other things better than Bush. But then again we could of been worse off (maybe). Actually for condos we use 300-500 ft of hose and the injecter just wont pump that constantly with out using up injectors fairly quick, so if we use only a couple hundred ft we would be rolling up hose supply & pressure, unhooking th supply and moving the trailer a lot more.. Plus we fly with the Xjet it just puts out the chem quick & heavy like I said and thats what i need Injectors are a great tool for most, just not us
