But part of my point is that more than half of Americans either arent in the stock market or know anything about it even if they are in it. Like I said the economy is I'd say OK, but there is a lot we are giving up that will get us sooner or later. It is not good that we are sending our fabric of America elsewhere

these are big parking decks if its just 3 floors it will be a little easier. 2500-4000 sq ft an hr with 5.6 or 8 gpm What size machine do you have? you might want to have 2 machines at least or you'll be there for a while. I like t have my biggest machine running at all times then I'll have at least 1 other machine & surface cleaner and that guy will also rinse and push the water. Alright call me doom & gloom, but these are my observations. "They keep dragging me in" The economy for me is very good and the overall economy looks good, I just fear somethings that are going on now will hurt the country soon and later for sure. My biggest fear is we have become a country that make little and we have to reley on other countries for much of what we buy today. A lot of it was started by Bill Clinton/NAFTA.... I didnt like it back then and I hate it now Stock market is doing well, but the majority of Americans arent in the stock market and know very little or nothing at all about the market. I also think the never ending quest for more returns no matter what has hurt America ( such as jobs going overseas and to mexico, companies that cook the books to show better than real returns Enron etc.) A good stock is good. Nearly every local economy is not booming. There are 100's of thousands of people that got laid off in the past few years. Tell the 1000's of people who lost decent manufacturing job, high tech jobs that are now overseas etc that the economy is booming. Just because you think everything is booiming it isnt for millions of hard working american, Not lazy Americans the hard working one Unemployment is low, But its the way the #'s are done now They dont count the millions that arent working once they get off or run out of unemployment. What I see is many get jobs that had decent paying jobs now have lesser paying jobs or have to work 2 or 3 jobs just to break even Once again my biggest fear is all the jobs corperations are sending overseas & to mexico. We have everything Chinese, we have India, Pakistan etc etc either making everything or the tech jobs are going to these countries and we are losing these jobs possibly for ever. We are releying to much on other countries for more & more every day. The reason I fear it is what happens in the future, say there's a world war or a large regional war or some other major calamity. Do you want to have to reley on China or some of these muslim countries to help us out and keep sending us all that we depend on them for now Our standing in the world now is that everyone hates us in general. We have a president that admitted he screwed up for the past 3 1/2 years, nothing has worked in Iraq, as people were telling him this he just didnt listen and did his cowboy thing. HE ADMITTED the war has been handled wrong, deadly wrong. Why couldnt he have sent these 21,000 or more ( I knew and said we needed more troops years ago, if I knew why the heck didnt Bush & Rummy)troops 3 years ago. Why because then he would of had to admit the Mission Wasnt Accomplished and it would have hurt his election. The reason I bring this up is because he has hurt our standing in the world, hell I think many these other countries SUCK but we need people with us more than against us. I know you'll say we havent had an attck since 9/11, well hell we didnt have one since 1993 world trade attack. Home land security has done very little of the list of things they were suppose to do, WHY all the money is being spent on Iraq. Do you really stick behind Bush and man that basically said for the past 3+years he has screwed up this war, that we never should of been in anyway There's people right on this BB that are hurting, that have got laid off or downsized. They are now trying to make it PWing what if they dont, what about them and their families. This happens all the time and has forever, but we are losing more & more decent paying jobs to other countries and it will bite us in the ass in the future Just because you see things booming it isnt every local economy. The state I now live in South Carolina has a couple bright spots but the state as a hole has lost many decent paying jobs, some to overseas or tons to cheap mexican labor Corperate America take care of your stock holders but you can also be a good citizen My future and many here futures are looking good because of the economy YAY. We have to stop sending everything to other countries, we built America to be a great country now we build very little. Doom & Gloom. Jeff, I just looking at the total picture QUESTION ? Do you all think sending 1000's and 1000's of jobs to other countries is a good or bad thing? Question? Do you think its good or bad that we dont make 80% of the things we consume, clothes, food, high tech stuff, hell even a lot of military stuff Question? Do you think NAFTA is a good thing My futures so bright I got to wear shades. I believe the economy is holding its own and I hope it gets better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It puts it on heavy & quick, just what I need You know I was thinking of trying downstreaming and I talked with a few smart guys and they said for what I do the downstreaming wouldnt be faster. Bob from PT said with as much hose we run, we would be changing out downstreamers way to often and probably wouldnt draw well. We need a ton of chems quick and thats what the Xjet does and its great to rinse with. So I decided to stay with old faithful XJET

I dont have the pictures yet, but I posted some of the dirty stuff in another thread We started the buildings, brick steps and all the concrete sidewalks today of a job that Ive done before. This project is 10 condo buildings and is THE FIRST condo complex I ever did back about 4+ years ago They would always have us just do the buildings and not the brick step or sidewalks. I used to beg them to let us clean the other stuff , because the property even after the building washing just looked dirty. Well they changed Board members and they are doing quite abit around the property and Im so glad they are having us do EVERYTHING MAN DOES IT LOOK GREAT and I had about a dozen people come out and look and they were amazed how clean the brick & concrete came out, COOLLLLL Its great to have so many notice it. Im telling you Im gland they finally let us clean it all Today was a great day all together:wave: I LOVE seeing the final product of our labors. I bet I just brought up their property values

What kind of lift are you renting $170 is way low. Did they understand what you need.A 40 ft lift is about $300 a day plus tax & mandatory insurance & delivery & pickup. One day rental around here is $512 for one day and a week is about $1200 Just want to make sure you are getting what you need and factoring in the right $$$ amounts for your bid Good luck to you! JL

I had the problem and it was the pressure switch, changed it and it was fine Becareful letting go Im sure it can cause some major problems

I dont really mind leaving a invoice in a res door. I only once got burnt for $150 and I have had a couple slow pays but 99.9% of the time I get a check in the mail within a week or so Commercial I usually get within 2 weeks of completion, unless otherwise stated. I have a lot of PM's that are very busy and once in a while I'll call or email them if a check is more than a couple weeks late

I think if you are going to stay with PWing as your biz it should have the words in it .Presssure Washing or Power Washing, what ever, but it keeps it simple and no one has a question what you do Douse A House ...I like!!!!!! but I know what you do others might not I'm not much for businesses with somebodies 1st name. To me it seems like it may be a small biz and couldnt handle the bigger job. I would if I wasnt known well change my( JL ) to another name, but Im stuck with it and it is simple. I say try it. i like the idea. If you know what you want to charge then put it on the hanger. That way they either want you or dont and now you just saved a wasted trip for an estimate, if you would of been to high to begin with It might take away from your upsell

School of hard knocks and still learning....sometimes the hard way......still I will try my hardest to have my children go through college. I missed a lot being out of school, screwing up a lot, I look at me now and can just imagine how much better my biz could be going with more knowledge in certain areas.I think higher education is a must in this day and time. What is a shame is I see many college students that cant spell, add or even speak properly..I know one that cant say the A B C 's..its scary My boy at 3 1/2 Knows his ABC's and knows most of the letters well, can spell & print his 1st and last name, can count very well and we are teaching him addition and throwing in a little subtraction...he's get mad at subtraction.. he keeps saying he doesnt want to "take away"(subtract) I hope to make him the smartest "LeCours" ever

George Bush's request for his new budget for the war is almost a 1/4 trillion $$ THATS $800.00 for every man, women and child, WOW. This is not counting the billions that has already been spent I remember hearing at the very beginning of this war, Rumsfeld said the war would cost Americans about $10 Billion and then the Iraq oil & people will pay for the rest OOPS WRONG It just pisses me off that GW knew he was going to go get Saddam before 9/11 but he used that as an excuse and WMD's. Theres no doght in my mind that he lied to go to war and I'm not talking WMD's I'm talking he was going no matter what it was just when that was in question. Its a terrible waste of tax payer money this war, especially since they said only 10 billion. So sad Well I wont be around for a week everybody have a great week JL

It looks pretty good some good stuff. Question? When you hit services can you make the box with different services listed bigger or stand out more. I hit services and I saw everything about sufactants etc, but I almost missed your other services. It wasnt until I took a 2nd 3rd look that I found it. Lots of good pictures & info , Congrats! Jeff
