In colder weather chems are less effective, quite often you will need 2 or 3 applications of chem, thats for mold & mildew

rare cases oxalic can lighten stucco. I would clean the area as good as possible getting rid of the dirt, mold & mildew and then would brush on Oxalic 2lbs to a 5 to start, Id probably would go stronger. Even if it lightens it a little, it will look better than it does now. There are other produucts out there too I wouldnt worry to much since its the side of the steps, tell the HO it may lighten it a little JL

Its not cheap, but more than worth it. The stuff holds up. My enclosed I didnt do it and regret it a lot. I'll be putting a whole new floor in then putting the Line X on floor and up the sides a few ft

I have Line X (same stuff) YES it holds up great, may discolor a little but YES put it on your trailer I have it on my pickup trucks and one trailer My old pickup bed would be a rotted mess with out it. Ive spilled tons of 12% and acids and its GREAT Get it done Jeff

I'm uaually at odds with the religous right when it comes to a lot of things, politics, social issues etc. But I've seen some interviews and stories about the Minister Rick Warren. I saw him recently on 60 minutes. He has a huge ministry and I've heard he's going to be or is the next Billy Grahman. I like this guy. He believes in talking and LISTENING to all sides, even if it upsets the religous right. I like how he says & believes your not always going to agree with everybody all the time, but he also beleives that all have to work towards common ground to unite. Sounds like a very interesting man and I like his mission on uniting I like how he wont start a TV ministry, he doesnt want or need to a celebrity. I like how as being part of the right he doesnt always agree or do what the right thinks is right. He's gone to countries that we consider our enemy's and trys dialog. I'd like to see him more Barak Obama, I've been listening to him for some time also and I enjoy a lot of his views and the way he trys to unite also. He isnt tied to one democratic group and he isnt all Washington. He excites people with his uplifting talk & speaches. He's not out to just bash the other sides views. I feel he truely listens These 2 men I find might be a change we need, two different sides willing to work with and listen to the other side I say put them as running partners for Prez & Vice Prez and lets start to unite all of us. There is common ground to be found. Warren I dont think would run now, but maybe Just wishing & talking out loud.

Everybody is hypocritical at times, I know I am at times its in human nature. Now some are more hypocritical then others and they will be dealt with in other ways in the end, what ever the end is. back to the origanal posting about Rick Warren & Obama. I just saw Rick Warren on Meet The Press, I like the guy. He believes in working with others not just he who believes what he believes. The world would be a better place if we all could find some common ground and work together for a better world Joy To The World !!!!

Congrats to Jim. When jim 1st went fulltime, I know he was worried some. He didnt have a ton of work. But Jim does a lot of new brick, so he put a lot of effort into targetting new constuction and I think renovation , brick jobs. Smart man Jim is, in no time he is swamped with work, why because he went and got it and didnt wait for it to come to him Way to go Jim JL

OK let the debate begin!!!!!!!!! Whats up and why is everything that you see turning to 2 languages. I as the racist I must be, can't stand the fact that everywhere you go its English & spanish signs, notices etc etc I go to the ATM I have to hit a button that says english. I really hate how Lowes & HD now have everything in english & spanish. I cant stand when I go to read a box of diapers or must products at a supermarket, I have to look for the english side of the package. I hate that I went in a new little neighborhood mexican restaurant and the whole menu was in spanish, NO english at all. I hate when i go to Walmart and other places I hear more spanish being spoken. The list goes on and on Why is this, theres no othe immigrant groups over time that had their language posted on everything I feel if you come to this country to live & work you should make every effort possible to learn, read & write the english language. I think why I get so pissed is years ago I worked with many spanish people and all of them, I think were legal and they all knew how to speak & write english real well. But now we have sooooooooooo many illegals here they dont even try to learn the language at all or much Lowes down the road from me started doing announcements in both english & spanish. It lasted about 2 weeks and they got so many complaints from Racist customers and the workers that they went back to only english announcements... Yay give one to the Americans I think if you live and work and go to school learn the language and thats it. America love it or leave it and respect it by reading & writing it Just my opinion Jeff

I cant find my books on my Honda motors on my PW equipment, lost it in the move. I usually have the local guy do it. But we'll be doing it tomorrow 24 HP Honda & 20HP Honda. How much engine oil do I put in when doing oil change. What oil should be used, whats the best? Thanks Jeff

Met with my accountant this week. He was telling me and all his customers, to be very careful and dont hire illegals. He takes all those IRS and internet seminars and he was telling me for the upcoming 2 years they are going to be cracking down on Illegals & the businesses that hire them. He was telling me even if they have documents , but they arent real, they can and are going to hold the companies responsible. Even if you hire a legal sub contractor and he brings in his illegal workers they can still get you. The fine is up to $50,000 each illegal. He knows I dont hire illegals, but he wanted me to know in case I would in the future. He said they are going to be watching as many companies as they can, little & large Just a warning to everyone. Thought you all should know. $50,000 that could hurt JL

Carlos I applaud your family and how your Dad handled things. It is sort of what I was getting at, if we just allow any nationality/culture/race to come here and not assimilate into the country then its not making our country stronger. Hope I didnt offend you with many of my comments on your mexican heritage. I just think somethings broken and needs some fixing or at least a good tune-up

Talk to Bob, he wont steer you wrong ask him if the pump on that machine is a good match for the motor. Bob is an honest straight up guy. Its a pressure pro machine i have several smaller & bigger and overall they are good machines
