I partied for many years of my life and for many years I had a ton of fun, been all over the country and met great people. Have some fun, then get to biz for a while and make the money now so you can retire early and have what you want & need in life. My dream is to have a million $$$$ business and have someone I can trust to help run it when I want to take trips with my family. I want my children to grow up safe & happy and to see this beautiful country of ours Its amazing how you change when you have kids, it used to be all about me , now its what can I do to so my children & wife have a happy safe life. You need money to do things in life so if I was you, Id have some fun then set some goals to help you be financially free. 30 years old, I started thinking about stuff when I turned 40, Do it at 30 and you'll have plenty of time to do what you want. Anybody know todays intrest rates, I know they have gone down some since I signed for my fixed rate Im going to put out my #'s and give me some advise please. I'd like to shorten the length of my loan> My 30 year loan I'll be 75, not good, Im thinking a few different things, hope interest rates get down to around 6% and am thinking refinance for maybe 20 year fixed Or just refinance at lower rate and do extra money each month, if the rates are lower than what I have Built house 366K land 58K House appraised at $465K Took my Fixed rate loan out for $275.000 - 30 year starting Dec 06 at 6.75% fixed, Monthly P&I $1783. The $1783 not a problem and can pay an extra $200 - $300 plus a month. What are your thoughts on how to reduce my time of loan. I dont want to high a monthly payment just in case of tough times or something, thats why I like the idea of paying extra every month. ??????? Thanks in advance JL

CALL WRITE FAX Better equipment - cuts down on cleaning time Pay employees decent - Have good employees, pay them good, they earn me money Networking - with locals and on internet BB's, gets us work & great free knowledge Logo - put logo on everything, people notice us and remember us. Trucks, trailers, biz cards, proposal sheets, etc etc

Big guy will work, used one for a long time with 4gpm, But it is slower walking. I wouldnt use a (2)bar at all with only 4gpm. As your 4gpm gets older the big guy may be less effective also

What do you have to be thankful for? Its Wed. Morning at the LeCours house, the day before Thanksgiving. I wake up at 5:15 am to feed my beautiful 3 month old daughter Jessica, as Im changing her diaper I look at her and she has a beautiful smile just looking up at me. THANK YOU. A little later my beautiful wife gets up and ready for work, she gives me a big kiss and says good morning. THANK YOU. A few minutes later my 3 year old Joshua gets up kind of grumpy and I say to him come here. He comes over and jumps in my arms and rest his head on my shoulder. THANK YOU. My mother comes over from her side and says good morning and grabs baby Jessica to help me out . THANK YOU. Its a rainy day in Myrtle Beach so I have the day off today. THANK YOU. My aunt and uncle came in yesterday from VA and My aunt wakes up and says, jeff your house is so beautiful, your so lucky to have such a beautiful family & house. THANK YOU. My uncle Bud wakes up with their dog Tucker, Tucker & I are old freinds, Tucker coomes jumping up in my lap and wags his tail like crazy. THANK YOU. Uncle Bud he lung cancer and we didnt think they'd be coming for Thankgiving, because of his treatments, but they did and THANK YOU. My Brother Jimmy & his Wife called and they are about 3 hours away and will be here soon. THANK YOU. I sit here at the computer and just thank God for all I have, just in 1999 I didnt have anything, had been messing up my life for several years and then I asked for help, I asked God, My parents, myself, for help and I got it. THANK YOU. I have so much to be thankful about, great family ( Miss my Dad a lot, but he got to see me happy and doing well and have my son ) great house, great business and everything I ever dreamed about. Mike if they are going for the window and car repairs, I just dont think I would cover it. Id tell them that they should of warned you. Someone had to of taken that trim off that caused the window to fall out. I wouldnt pay. I just put out $300 plus for a mistake, that wasnt really our fault, it was border line. But this isnt your mistake

PJ, prices on HOA / PM work usually are less than residential rates, but that doesnt mean cheap. If its a painter its probably cheaper than what it should be, at least thats how it goes around here. See if the PM will tell you/show you the rates he's paid to this painter. if the rates are ridiculous and they are happy with the work, you may not want to bother Try to sell on quality & reliability. My company can do say 10 buildings for $300 each = $3000 total, residential rates might be much higher. $300 might seem real cheap and the painter charges $300 also, but it takes him 6-7 days to do the job, That job takes me with total of 3 guys and we do it in 1- 2 days. labor , materials, built in cost, cost me $800-1200, I make anywhere from $1800- $2200 EASY mney and I dont even do any of the washing. PM's are good to get in with but not if you cant make any money I never like to hear VOLUME from anyone, you just cant believe it. If a PM wants a property cleaned he should want a fair price for that one property and it shouldnt matter how many OTHER properties he manages I love working with PM's

Ive used direct drive & tank before. Tank was in pickup and I put PW on the ground with a 10 ft water hose from tank to pump and it worked fine, you may need to bleed line of air, just loosen water hose and it will clear of air then tighten & start cleaning.

It doesnt hurt to to WD 40 it every once in a while . Even take out the orifice every once in a while and spray it. If you dont the orifice may freeze inside and is pretty much impossible to get out The M5 fan reduces over time also after extended use. You can buy the fan section which includes the whole outer black casing & fan. Xterior will sell them for about $22 The The U shaped pin also falls out , We just cut a peice of metal hanger and put it in and bend it so it wont fall out again Jeff

Get a dual axle trailer a minimum of 12 ft , You'll end up using all the space. At least one 5.6 gpm machine , hot water if you can afford it. The more gpm the faster you can clean (more $$$ in your pocket.) 2 5.6 would be ideal. Hose reels save a lot of time too. 100-300 gallon supply tank. A surface cleaner for concrete is a must. Roto nozzle, Xjet if you are going to use one. GET SPARE PARTS, couplers, orings, guns. Theres a lot of things to get and you can get less than I mentioned , like I did to start , but the more gpm the better good luck JL

Only thing I see that you might want to change is the 1st picture it looks like a shadow is covering most of the after side of the picture, cant really see it well. Other than that it looks GREAT, nice big pictures and a professional look to it is very nice. Good luck with it Jeff
