I was just wondering based on others beliefs or yours if GW would go or not. According to some here and maybe the bible too, I wont be going for my lack of total belief or my opinion on evolution. Even thou I love God its not enough. If GW has sinned or is sinning, which I think he very well may have, does that me he's going to Hell with me The little I've read of this thread most of the people in the world wont be going to heaven

I always love this biz but some days more than others. I tell a lot of my experiences so others can see what a great biz this is and what good things can come from developing a good working relationship with customers. I'm know sales guru, but honesty & sincerity can help grow your reputation and then your biz I gave a large retail property a price to do a rush job on some concrete cleaning yesterday. I've done quite a bit of work for this property over the past 3 years, my price was $800. He said OK but charge $1600 and do a great job COOLLLLLLLLLL my rate was $.10 now its $.20. Like I said I love this biz. Last week I went to bid a project and it was for a PM that I work for all the time. Its a very easy project it is small breezeways on 2 story condos each building, which theres 20 buildings with more being built, the property is still under the developers control. I figured $100 each breezeway they would take no more than 30-40 minutes each with set up all vinyl walls, railings etc, just basically constrution dust. I called PM to give price and he said they were figuring about $200 each , can I come within that price? SURE CAN, we got them all for $195 each. Like I said love this biz. I like when a PM gives me a heads up on pricing Good relationships with your PM's make a difference. I've heard some people say in the past PM's dont care about anything or anyone. I've always said thats false. These guys didnt have to give me this extra $$$$, they wanted to and I figure ( I know) its because of our quality of work and always being there when they need us. Almost all my PM's know we are the hassle free contractor and thats what they want Love this biz JL

Once again not a bible reader. Maybe God was someting at the beginning of time & space just like/or evolution. Maybe God gave us the tools to develop or minds & bodies to become what ever we want even to become scientist. I believe in evolution, because it makes sense to me. Maybe God started evolution I don't know and we've (mankind) taken it from there My Father was a very great man, just a good hardworking, honest & loving man, son, then father and my mother is a good person, they both are & were my biggest supporter and never gave up on me (which most would have) . before and since my dad died I prayed to God. All I care about is if there is a God & Heaven my dads with God & in Heaven. I dont care about me. I have sinned many times , but I turned my life around, not because of god but because of family and the natural evolution of me. Maybe God helped, I just will never know until my death I want to say God Bless You, All believers, non believers and the middle of the road people

I got a call today from a PM who only has used us a couple times . He has a property 38 condo buildings all or mostly vinyl ( I havent looked at them yet) The HOA want them cleaned BUT!!!!! they want NO bleach used. I told the PM right away that thats a big PITA....Bleach removes mold & mildew blah blah blah. He understands its a PITA and I asked him why the HOA doesnt want bleach used at all. The PM said the HOA was told that bleach over time will dry out , make brittle and or damage vinyl over time. He also said they said theres a non bleach bio degradable cleaner at Lowes they mentioned, I told him ya there is but it works better with bleach. I told him I'll work up 2 quotes, one with & one without bleach Now I need some help I dont search well on the net, 1)can anybody tell me if there is a product out there I could use that will remove mold & mildew. If theres a product I will use it, but is it more difficult time cunsuming etc. 2)Anybody know of a way to dispute the bleach damaging info they have I need advise and or info how to approach this . I dont want to use some PITA product that isnt going to be much help and I have to use a lot of pressure etc etc Anybody know of any websites I could look into this Thanks for any help ALL JL

Got to love the South. We get ready for winter by breaking out the long sleave shirts LOL. I might even have to wear a jacket for a couple months But really we run antifreeze through machines any night it calls for cold weather. I didnt do that once last year and it screwed up a pump bad. When I was a young boy i thought being in your 20's was old and in my 20's I thought being 30 was old and in my 30's i thought 40 was old ,when I was 40, 41, 42 etc I still didnt think I was old. But now I'm 45 and I think I'm old what a bummer. I'm 5 years away from being 50 theres no way around it 50 is old, you just cant say 50 is young. Now even up to 40, 41, 42 I still felt like I was in my 20's I never really grew up I have a love for life and always wanted to just have fun which I still do every day but I'M 5 YEARS AWAY FROM 50. Now I get a pain in the chest I go oh **** its maybe a heart thing, I get a pian in my neck or leg I think it is a disk problem , I get heartburn I think it will lead to cancer, I have *** and I think I'm going to have a heart attack, I get a head ache I think its a brain tumor. Man what a PITA it is to get older./ I look at a pretty young girl and I used to think I could have her, now I look and I figure they'll think Im a dirty old man or a perv. Could someone tell me when exactly I got old I have a 6 week old baby girl & a 3 1/2 year old boy and I go to the park or the zoo and I love my time with them but then I get to thinking I'll be in my 60's when they go to college. My boy is totally nuts and I LOVE HIS ENDLESS ENERGY, he runs around the house Karate chopping everything he just cracks me up everyday, but why is it no matter if Im standing , sitting laying down when he playing and he comes at me he hits me in the family jewels, EVERY TIME, its like he has radar. I have a lot of patience with my boy compared to younger fathers I have seen, but if this boy gets me in my groin one more time Im buying a cup to wear, he killing me I have a young wife & kids and a lot on my plate but I wouldnt give up my life for anything, I just wonder how much more life I'll have now that I'm 5 years away from being real old Its funny I got up a little while ago and went in to check on my boy and i ended up laying in his bed with him, I love the way he puts his hands together and he lays his head on his hands SO CUTE and handsome he is. I had just started to fall asleep with him and he yurned and whacked me in my face and his knee hit me in my crotch. At least he didnt get me real good, just a glancing blow. RADAR I'm teling you. I just laughed and I got up and smiled I may be getting older but my kids will keep me young or they'll kill me. But you know something life is GREAT and I still think like Im a youngster. Youngster , did I say youngster, I must be old. Hey everybody used to say I couldnt get my sexy wife, i was to old. I proved them wrong!!!!! Thanks we are, its really cool. Check out the Master Bath it came out real nice we love the tile we picked and they just put in the shower glass and that looks real cool to and its bigger than the tiny shower we have in our old house. Its only 3x4 but a lot better than the 2x3 we had The 3rd pic is my mothers kitchen on the in law side of the house, she's been staying with us since the baby was born, what a help it is to have an extra set of hands with Baby Jessica I got so many things I want to do still Big Spring party next year!!!!

We got grass, it make everything look so much better, I hav a lot of landscaping to do now, I left the back 45 ft without sod and i'll seed it myself. Plus thats where my horse shoe pits going and I'm having a freind from Mass come down and he's going to make a real cool outdoor fire place this winter Wow what a difference with grass, still need a little column at the front door and wrought iron railings and a little trim work. plus Im putting a 6 ft stockade around the back yard (Vinyl) dont want to deal with wood, I just dont kow anybody that knows how to stain a fence lol Carpet goes in Monday and then it will only be a couple weeks and we move into our home

You know I went to Walmart tonight and I was at the photo dept and I see 2 very cute looking girls in their 20's and the kid I know behind the counter see's me looking so I say to him cute girls huh. He goes oh ya and then says there to young for me. Whats he know they may like older men Then I walk into the parking lot and I go to cut thru a couple cars not really looking and I realize I walked right into the shopping cart corral. Glad no one saw that senior moment Funny stuff today

My wife & I took Joshua to Alligator Adventure, we had fun the place was pretty cool place. They have over 1300 gators and then some crocs BIG and other animals I've see gators in the wild but never this big

Pretty sure its just a local place its in the middle of a very busy area next to the House of Blues. Matter of fact if you get drunk at HOB you can jump a couple fences and be with the alligators

Few more pics. They had a great reptile area plenty of snakes. I'd recommend the place it only take about an hour & 1/2 to walk it add in a couple of the feeding shows and its a good half day thing. We took Josh Wed and he thought it was cool until it was time to pat the Boa. I got to toughen up that boy, he finally touched it Plus a pic of Josh and his great smile JL

We'll that doesnt seem fair. all these billions of people over time that were raised by other beliiefs don't get to go heaven. I'm not being wise I just don't know the bible and wasn't really taught it at all. What if another religion is right in the way they think and what if their God is the real one and the Christian way of thinking is wrong. Just asking because I dont know. I was never a good student. It all goes back to the topic of evolution vs. creation, I can see in my mind how we came from evolution and I just dont know if one book the bible proves the point for me, but heck I havent really read any books on either topic, pretty sad. I mean no disrespect to any religion or to anyone on this BB on this subject, but it just doesnt seem right when one religion says all the others are wrong and basically all religions are saying that of the others JL

I'm not getting in the middle of all this fun, but I THINK Ron is saying S Hydrox is OK on a roof if it is neutralized after, which would & could make sense. Althou I have been confused at some of the posting, but hell I get confused by my own postings lol Now as the famous Rodney King said "Can't we all just get along"

I've done over a thousand or more homes with Ox and at least a couple hundred were dryvit/stucco and this has happened to me also, only once. I've tried to figure why and cant really explain it. I figure its something in the pigment of the coating. I now do a weaker mix of ox on stucco and then will do a couple applications. it also happened twice on some older painted trim I'd like to know why this happened also

On stucco/dryvit I like to use RPC Citra Clean & 12% and mix it stronger on the dirtier stuff. Seems to work real well for me. Sometimes on drivit that has rounded edges and theres black streaks ( Black streaks that look the same as you see on gutters) We'll brush those black streaks several times with a soft brush & the above mix and it looks great. The RPC Citra Clean works, other may also Im sure I just havent used them JL

Thanks for the offer Kevin. Mike I'm not offended when someone wants to share, but just uncomfortable, especially now that I live in the south and theres a strip mall church on every corner. I'll just go along how I'm going and enjoy my own beliefs as I see them. I think God wants me to be the best man & citizen I can be and thats what I'll do the rest of my life and always try to improve. I have a question , just because I'm not a big reader of books , the bible is one I have not read I just wonder if Jews, Muslims(not my favorite people now) Buddism etc and other non christian religions are they all wrong in their beliefs? Im not asking to be a jerk, I just wonder. I just feel that you should be able to believe what you want to believe whether your a jew, catholic, Buddhist etc and not be told your wrong by someone who believes different then you. Who knows, I sure dont. Be all you can be , be honest and be a good person and you'll be happy and yes God Bless all

I havent read all the post and have stayed out of this topic because to me I think religion is a personal thing, whether you are a true believer or not quite sure, I've always felt its something between me & my beliefs. I've always felt uncomfortable when people try to push there religious beliefs on me I believe in evolution and have since I was young, but in the past 15 years or so I also believe in God and I pray to him often. Its not that I didnt believe in God years ago, I just wasnt sure, it couldnt be proven to me. Now I dont care if it can be proven to me or not, I find comfort in praying, I find comfort in looking to the sky and saying thank you God or ask God for his help. I'm not a church going catholic, but I figure God still loves & looks over me as much as the person who speaks of God all the time or the person who has the head of Jesus on his back window of his SUV I believe in God and evolution and I'm pretty sure I'm not going to Hell for my beliefs. I dont care if evolution is the total truth or if God did it all, its what a person believes or wants to believe at the end of the day when they are alone that matters. I am very uncomfortable and dont like the extreme religous right who push their beliefs on others and they think they are the only right ones. Its like some past & present televangelist, some may be good but a lot of them are theives and they prey on those who believe or want to believe. They should go to hell for using God to profit or as a political tool Thank God , God doesnt mind me being somewhere in the middle , I think he would want all this to be a personal thing JL

A few more weeks and the house will be ready. The builder fired the Constuction Super that was driving me insane. I guess he screwed up things on more houses than just mine. I hate to see someone lose a good job, but this guy aggravated me and screwed to many things up on our house, oh well he's history There will be some things I'll add after the builder is gone and a few things on my dream list for the future, but we are happy its coming to an end A ton of touch up left to do a few more shutters, a couple columns , sod, carpet and it will be done YAYYYYYY. We cant wait to move in the newhouse, We are very excited. I just bought all the cabinet handles and towel racks etc. We really like the master bath tile it looks real cool. A friends companY has done all the tile work and will be installing the carpet, saved a ton of $$$ on the flooring. We are going to have a big bash come early Spring, everybodys invited
