Check this place out, the faux siding is vinyl that is only 7 years old. I never seen vinyl siding like this before. The home owner wanted to know if I could restore it. I thought it was painted at 1st but it was not. The house is 1 block from the ocean and the oxidation on the siding is so thick. The home owner said his contractor said the siding is a life time siding and this home owner has never had the place washed. I told him we could clean it for thousands,. He's calling the manufacturer to see what they recommend. The decks are a mess too, he says he sprays them every few years, overspray on many parts of this house. This is a million & 1/2 property in a well off section and he just let his parttime cottage home go to waste. Some funky oxidation, thicker than I've ever seen. Nasty stuff JL

John, This man wants the oxidation removed, It used to be more of a cream color siding. Its a flipping mess. I dont think he's going to want to pay my price once I figure out how to do this Jeff

Israel has always been an Allie we can trust in the middle east that wont stab us in the back. They have done some dirty work that we would have had to do eventually. They bombed Iraq when they were setting up nuke program years ago if I remember correctly. Some day I think there will be a good chance they will take out Irans nuke program when its necessary I feel that they actually contain some of the problem arab countries. The arabs knew for years if they tried something stupid Israel wood attack and attack swiftly I trust the jews in the middle east than any of the many arab countries. I do white & black it looks more like a business to me. Plain & simple , people notice us everywhere. I had a home builder come up to me at a gas station this morning and ask me to give some prices on new construction. He said he see's us all over town. Big bold simple logo's on black or white you'll get noticed, I do! JL

Going to be setting up a new trailer an 8GPM machine, whats the prices of Landa , Hydrotek I know they're more expensive than the Pressure Pro but just wondering how much more and are they worth it. I just got finished watching the rerun of the TV movie " FLIGHT 93 " I've seen it 3 times and its always so emotional for me. I think they "the TV channels " should replay the Sept. 11 attack at least once a month so we all can remember that horrible day and remember those we as a country have lost. I watch the planes hitting the Towers or the Flight 93 movie and I tear up and feel so bad for all the victims & families, but my biggest emotion is ANGER. I dont know if we should of gone to Iraq as part of the 911 war. But I know we should be fighting terrorism as hard as we can everyday. I think we should be as ruthless as our enemy. Radical Islam should be fought & killed daily. We see radical clerics on TV hear about them on radio, TV & the papers, we have many that spew hate right here in the US. Why dont we do what they would do if they could, KILL THEM. If a cleric spews hate about us, lets kill them. I figure if these clerics see that everytime they say kill Americans or spew hate and terroristic messages they will die. If a new cleric takes their spot , kill that one and the next & the next. These clerics arent brave they are wimps, you dont see them taking risk, they hide in their Mosques and use the religeon as a shield. They mostly use the poor , uneducated to do their dirty work. Kill the ones spewing hate and their message wont be as quick to get out. We should have undercover hit squads just for these radical clerics. If they know theres a good chance they will be dead within a year or so of them spewing hate towards US , I bet you wont ee them standing up as much I'm sorry for all my hateful speaking here but that Flight 93 movie just makes me so sad & mad

Phillip do you just do residential or do you go after commercial, condos or other types of work, I cant gauge my residential, i just dont advertise residential anymore. But maybe you have to expand your type of work you do. We are staying busy with our condo work and other commercial and I think I spend less $$$ than many on this board for advertising. Banana Spiders we see them all the time around here this time a year. We just did a house thats vacant for over a year. I ran into 2 of the webs with one spider about that size an inch from my face, freaked me for a minute. There was at least 20 of them that I saw

Its been proven in the past that raising the min. wage has not cost jobs. It just gives everyone more money to spend, its the working people who keep this country going. If you raise the min wage other wages go up more money to spend on pressure washing. The last raise over 10 years ago the economy was great and didnt hurt anything I think it would be great to educate & train the masses. Our education system isnt doing its job. NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND is a farce, its just a name, our schools are graduating a lot of dumb kids more now than ever in history. I'd love to see better education and better parenting

Don L & Trey. Not all businesses have Unions, but in the past and now workers sometimes need representation. As for saying union workers are lazy, what the hell do you know. I know thousands of very hard working union employee's. i was one for over 12 years. I also worked to have non union employees get better wages. I got paid $29 an hour and bennies and I was worth every cent. I risked my life many days. I knew non union companies that paid $12 an hr for the same job, but they were still making/charging the same as the union company. Why because they could get away with it. I would climb 100+ feet hang from bridges, repel off tanks, swing from 350 ft stacks. Do I think that job is worth more than $12 an hr damn right. They way I got a good wage was negotiation from union reps Now I live in the south and the south you say union and they say the same thing as you, no way, lazy, useless. But you know these dumb ****** dont make crap for money down or get any bennies here in the construction trades Im not saying every business or every area should have unions, but unions in the past & present had/have a role to play Don you said lobbyist are free citizens---- WHAT ARE YOU CRAZY......They are hired guns, and they are not usually for the betterment of our country, they are to push & buy influence. Who has lobbyist? the average man & women ..NO......Big Oil YES.....Insurance companies..YES... Defense Contractors...YES Is this country as a whole better off than a decade or two ago. I personally am when it comes to my business, but the country as a hole I worry about. Alot of the problems now I believe is caused by some of these Bible toting Republicans that would screw the average man any chance they get. Many of these bible toting republicans that are in office, dont care about abortion or school prayer they use these issues to get elected. Hypocrites, hell some of them have paid for abortions in their own families I figure this last paragraph should get some going. I said it just for that reason. I think many liberal democrats are useless and hypocrites too We as a people and a country are so divided nowadays and its hurting our country. I would love to see one man get elected as President that brought us together as a country. Wishful thinking, why cant business & workers both prosper We live in an F----- up world, the more I look at it the more I worry about our future and the future of our children Its useless trying to make my point, it to bad everybody see's things and cant see all sides or opinions

Rod hope you heal quick good luck. As my biz grows so do the expenses, its amazing how much money goes out every month. I'm lucky to have 2 good workers, that if they have to can handle just about anything at a job sight, but i know they will never be me. I dont work every hour or even every day at the job sights. I wouldnt have time for everything else. Hell these past weeks with 100degree + temps, I just said the hell with me washing every day. I had my workers do it and i took care of other company & personal business I plan on only supervising with in the next 12-24 months. Rod hope you feel better JL
