When we stripped this stuff it was a vertical application not a horizontal one. It was on a log home. Beth

We find that stripping usually requires multiple applications until the strip is complete.....then.....rinse. I had to break my guys of the expectation of the 'one and done' attitude. Rod!~

Looks like an oil, looks fairly old. Should come off with a sodium hydroxide based stripper. Hopefully you don't need to boost that, depends on if it is a hybrid. Always good to ask if they have a can left over. Without knowing what it is you can't re-coat over it without risking incompatibility and failure. Beth
