Is this a whisper wash?
Beth n Rod replied to One Tough Pressure's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
Looks exactly like a whisper washer except for the blue hoses. The handle is similar (comes apart at midsection and is attached by a cotter pin) and the hovering cover and bar on the underside appear to be the same. Has a brush around the edge. But a whisper doesn't have suction or hoses coming out of the top. It has only one hose that couples via quick connect to the unit. Replace the white rim with a black brush...and you're set. ..ahem...yes, I have used a whisper. It's the piece of equipment I can use most easily to wash with. Did a pool apron a week or two back. ;) Beth -
Paul you should post a pic or two of some cabins there that have the bark. It would be neat to see.:D

Also see Do It Right. They have awning supplies...so will we if I get that part of the store done....

V-Seal also carries a full line of coatings. They can get just about any color, and add a grit if you need one. We don't carry them as a stock item, but can get them. These are also commercial grade. Beth

HD-80 reviews... read for yourself! :)
Beth n Rod replied to Beth n Rod's topic in Chemicals & Safety
Just wanted to say it's been great hearing from folks throughout the season who have tried other products, and have switched to HD-80 and the other wood care products by Extremem Solutions. I've emailed and spoken to many of you offline who were dissatisfied with results from other things. (not being specific, and I do mean several things) Any time we can offer assistance we're glad to do it. Beth & Rod:rainbow: -

Not like the Extend A Wand, no. The engineering is what makes the difference. Once you use one you'll never use another wand. Normally I have them here, but I ran out of stock and have not restocked yet. Sorry but I don't have another source for you. And you're right, it's not our fault. We don't make the product... Don't shoot the messenger for being brutally honest about expected delivery. Beth -
midwest commercial leads
Beth n Rod replied to patchesean's topic in Contractor Help Wanted - Job Leads
Rob, They are in Canada. I'm not sure what his hours are, but he seems more available in the morning. We sell the wands but don't have them in stock. FYI... because they are in Canada, the product must clear customs. Overnight shipments are NOT overnight. Recently we have experienced delays of up to 3 weeks even if products are shipped the same day they are ordered. Plan when you buy and you can't go wrong. Call me if I can help you. I have another order to place with him as well. Beth :groovy2: -

If when the host is done with thier server changes it's no better, we have our sights on a new host with better, faster servers. May not be tomorrow, but we are looking into it. Beth :sonic:

Xjet vs. Vjet (knockoff)
Beth n Rod replied to Aplus's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
Hi Austin!:groovy: -
Thanks Reed, The hosting company is doing some server changing today so we may feel a little bump as they do. If it is still slow afterwards, we'll address it. We are also looking at other hosting companies. We hope to improve the speed, regardless of if the current host is able to with the changes they are going through. Please let us know if you hit any other bumps. Hope you enjoy the board! Beth & Rod

John, Sounds like if you don't have one, you need a helper. Also it's hard to delegate and let go of a little of it so you can live and breath, but at some point you have to. Send the crewman ahead of you to setup if he has a vehicle, and you have just freed yourself up for errands or whatever. Scheduling can make it damn near impossible at times. I know others out there understand completely what you're going through. Hang in there buddy, and get a helper. Cut your job time, add a few bucks to the job if you have to for the new expense, and get some rest. Beth :groovy:
