1. My girls--My life

Yes I remember Shelley acting a little cold and distant but then she warmed right up. Good Lady.. man you sure got her fooled..lol J/K of course. Your a nice guy Tony and thats the first think I notice about you when I met ya. I tried to tell the Feds I ended up beating you while you were handcuffed and they said.. "So He probably needed a good beating" lol Fun times fond memories.. will meet again for sure.
2.

Hello John! I have received the box, papers, and magazine you sent. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was so totally overwhelmed with your and Linda Ruth Tosetti's gift, that I just sat and cried! Oh, my, what a blessing! Your and Linda's good deed has been a total delight to me and our family. Dave would have been delighted too, and honored! Not all our family has seen the picture and read all the papers yet, but as we have our get-togethers, your gifts will be the center of attention! Your story of the way it all came about is fascinating! It's amazing how your act of kindness has developed into a marvelous friendship with Linda Ruth Tosetti! And I heartily applaud the "Clean Across North America" group for their gracious efforts! Dave liked to help out people here in our tiny town of Catlin, IL. He took great pride and honor in cleaning various public locations in town as a civic service gift. He also was very generous in cleaning house exteriors and driveways, etc. for folks who needed the work done but were on very limited income. When they would call him and ask about the bill, he would just say "it's been taken care of". Dave also liked to talk with other in the industry (you were a favorite, of course!!!!). He had a very real ability to understand the needs and abilities of other people, and was blessed by God to be able to share his feelings and knowledge. A BIG THANK YOU and hugs to you, Linda, and everyone who made this gift possible! May God richly bless you all! Margaret Olson

3. Hi Peggy, Don't worry about any of this. You never have to apologize. Right now I'm in New Orleans with my wife Kathy attending a Powerwashing event. I already contacted this very well known family about David and they should be sending me something via snail mail and from there I'll send it to you. This is special to me that David gets this because for who he was and I wish I had it delivered to him under different circumstances because he truly deserved it. So because of his passing it's worded differently but the message of what he meant is not. I'll email you when it goes out to you which will probably be sometime next week. 4.

Hello John! I'm so sorry this response is late in coming! I have been overwhelmed by all the stuff to do, both personally and for the business. This is so thoughtful and kind of you to remember Dave this way! Your friendship with Dave was priceless to him! He always enjoyed talking with you! For mailing something, the address below is good. Thanks again, and talk to you later. Peggy Olson

5.

Hello John! Oh, my, how can I thank you for all your kind thoughts and words! I know Dave enjoyed talking with you, too! Meeting and chatting with you and other Forum folks was the icing on the cake of his business! THIS is where he felt he did the most good, and took great delight in it! THANK YOU for being a friend, John! I am now in the sad process of closing down Tidy Powerwash. It is more than I can handle, I'm afraid. Thanks for including Eric's message to me. I will contact him right away. Thank you for passing on his message! And thanks again for being Dave's friend and for your very kind words! They mean a LOT to me! 6. My girls--My life

And these last pictures says it all.. Me the cop beating on the handcuffed prisoner...lol The establishment fighting a forefather believer.. damn that just about made me sick.. I see your points Tony at times I really do.. just look at that above sentence.. where alot more in common then you think.
7. My girls--My life

and one of my fondest moments in all the years in the powerwashing industry is hanging out with the Sheltons
8. My girls--My life

Whats the problem with our wives when where both nutcakes..lol
9. My girls--My life

you know Tony you and I always get along as I do with Ron even though on the net we can look like shizz birds and I agree with you that you should take a stand to make a living but at what cost?? I can go as hard as you can, Chris can and many other can but when you turn it up many notches to get to that level.... is it really worth it?? Is it worth it to go pedal to the metal day in and day out? I have an internal fight in here on the net and its ugly.. Knowing what I know today whether I was right or wrong.... its not worth the fallout and the hurt that comes from it.. its not. I can't now.. but I will fix a bridge that broke in here hopefully by next week because I am soooooooo burnt out I can't deal with it now.. and over something that was just a difference of an opinion blows up.... and for what?? These fights to me are just not worth it. Take the fight to city hall or wherever you have to go but to keep doing it mainly after one person its seems like such a waste of time and it makes everything around the fight negative. Then when it grows friendships can get fractured. Been in to many of those. In real life its worth it most of the time to go out and make a difference if you can but here on the net to rant and rave forever and ever.. its all like a broken record. Thanks for the compliments on my family... you have a loving and beautiful family yourself.. do you really think they want you to fight and argue on the net all the time?? Lets knock down walls Tony. EPA walls. Code enforcer walls.. but knocking someones block of here on the net.... really doesnt do anything but just gets people disgusted and the esculation it can cause and then the fallout afterwords... it only ended up causing division and for what?? Nothing
10. My girls--My life

And the one that means everything to me--My wife Kathy... These are the most important people in my life and when I go out and have a rough day or just a brutal day visiting the net... I always look forward to getting back home to.....my girls. Believe me when I tell you its all horse shizz when us fellow powerwashers fight over stuff when in reality we all should be helping one another to the best of our abilities... but I know I am just as guilty as the next guy in some of these disagreements but its not worth losing good freinds over it... I have some more fences to mend with some of the people who have "Earned" the respect so thats my goal for next week.. and thru it all we all have loving families that you can turn your beatin down spirit to that will brighten you right back up...
11. Dan McCown Known as McMoo on these bulletin boards who was tragically killed along with his wife in a head on collision with a drunk back in 2007 has not been forgotten. Don Phelps from the roof cleaning business based out of Florida sent these stickers out to many he had made for Dan who was his friend and a friend of ours on the net. The sticker is fading but is still on my truck. Another truck I sold I left the sticker on there for the rememberance of Dan. He may be gone.. but for some of us he has not been forgotten.
12. First of what type of Budget are you on to start out with? It would be good to have a hot water machine to be used when your need some deep cleaning and gum popping on concrete for example. But those machines aren't cheap. At the very least for residential cleaning I would suggest a 4gpm Belt driven 3000psi cold water Powerwasher with a 5.5 gpm being a more preferable choice but will cost more of course. On the first Powerwasher I would get around a 20" surface machine for it but nothing bigger. The second one which would be the prefered choice a 24" surface machine would work perfectly.
13. lol... He's there already:)

15. There are Acr's RT sheduled for March on the East Coast that where going to. Matt Johnson is also having one that where going to try and attend... Where's Thad's going to be and when?? Who else??
16. Pool Deck Stains

Scott do not use muriatic acid on that because the risk is to great. You can carve(etch) that concrete like a Christmas tree if your not careful. Is that a salt water or chlorinated water pool? If it's just the typical chlorinated pool did you try doing a spot with liquid(chlorine) which is 2.5x the strength of regular bleach? I'm only saying this because if it's a regular pool they shock them with liquid Chlorine. If your saying bleach and Oxilic acid is't working then you can step it up a notch with liquid chlorine which won't hurt the pool if it gets in there.. I can't tell with my I Pad but is that like tree sap or just stains on the concrete?
17. Real cool. Can't wait to see the pics. I bet that truck turns on a dime. What is the height from the ground to the top of the cab? My F550 Flatbed is about 78" to top of the cab which is about as high as I can go to get into some garages. The truck with a 14' aluminum flatbed weighed in at 6800lbs and has a GVWR of 17500lbs. Figure with people in the cab the truck can hold about 10,500lbs. The two water tanks on the truck together are about 900 gallons and when full weigh about 7800lbs and between the burners and washers along with gas tanks and hose and hose reels where sitting with a full load of about 9500-10,000lbs and with the trailer we are probably at or very near the Full capacity of 25900 lbs which includes towing weight... And the truck still runs like a charm. We don't usually drive the truck full of water except for maybe one tank because the two pressure washers on it total over 19gpm and they can go thru a tank of water in no time.. With all this the truck still gets around 10-11 mpg.. Got to love the flatbeds:)
18. David Olsen who just recently passed away had some killer trucks. I use to correspond with him alot when I was going thru my propane stage. He had a neat business and his trucks were very efficient with heaters, large tanks etc. He use to show alot of us his trucks via the net. Real cool to see stuff like that and get some idea's from it. With him nothing was overkill. It's like you said time is money. His system was made to make the optimum amount of money in the least amount of time. Good luck with finding and building the best setup possible. That is a fun and sometimes frustrating challenge.
19. Since your setting up your truck with a roof cleaning set-up on it I would make sure the bed is well protected. Aluminum bed would be my first choice and if you don't have that I would put a good cover of a linex type coating over the bed. Chlorine is so corrosive and it will find a way to leak on the bed of the truck. Can't wait to see your finished set-up. Good luck.
20. Cool stuff Tom. If you ever post pics they would be cool to see. The F650 is some truck. Which engine comes with the 650 your looking at? I seen them with the Cummins engine which is a great engine and same with the caterpillar engine. To bad Diesel is going thru the roof but I still wouldn't go heavy duty anything without a Diesel truck at the helm. My F550 7.3 liter flatbed drives like a charm and is strong as heck. It can hold alot of weight and also pull a shizz load. The only drawback with the Ford is the turning radius.. It bites.
21. Nest International

I also have an account with Nest where I take about a 7% cut to have money owed directly deposited in my business acct within a week from doing a job. We have to call in the work orders at the Jobsite phone and then close them out by cell phone when completed. If we can't call the work order in because the place may have closed already we can use our cell phone. There very efficient.... And they work for us but might not be for everybody.
22. granite aparition

Hey Jon thats pretty cool. I'll show you a couple of quick pictures of what we were cleaning when this whole Ruth thing came down with my company suddenly on a risk because of a complaint. Granite is one beautiful stone.
23. Nest International

Yup.. going on 13-14 yrs now. I've been doing work for them every month at least 10 yrs now. I gave them some names over the years for others to work with them and some liked them and some didn't... For me they have been a stand up operation.
24. Welcome to my brother inlaw Mick DuRussel

This show went down last night. We had a blast. Most of the artist that signed on to show up did and some extra's came as last minute surprises. I'll post pics of some of the celebs that showed up such as Richie Cannata who was Billy Joel's sax player. Man that guy can jam and to here it close up in a pub background was for music lovers a dream. Good stuff.
25. I have to get my thoughts together along with a bunch of pictures to this Fundraiser we did last night. I have some really cool pictures. This whole thing was a kicking party. This picture here is of Sean Young who was aces. She was a star back in the 80's. There's a good industry story in here which will take time to disseminate. But most importantly the Charity my brother inlaw did was not only a success... it was a blast. To see Richie Cannata Billy Joel's sax player jam up close in a pub.. that was sweeeet.
