Robert that says it all tbere. I Don't know for the life of me why the internet guys can't grasp that what your saying above. Well check that. I Do know why and its obvious. I should have gone to Houston myself because this can and soon will have an effect ony business. What was said on the net was selective as in guys only saying whatt they wanted to let out because it will possibly benefit them with $$$$. I alsp heard one of the most rediculous auch as the "PWNA shot themselves in the foot that came from a reliable source" Yet the person won't release who that 'Relable Source" is. So in essence they can't back up what there saying along with they only want to tell the masses what they want them to hear. They also want to do something that they can alone take credit for because an org/association they determined has no right to do anything----TOTALY MISLEADING!! And that alone is another reason I should have wemt to Houston because once again where not getting all the facts from some individuals who were there and what they came out with. I'll give one big case in point and its factual which in the court of Law the only thing woth Merit is the Facts. These individuals not once that I can reacall mention what SGT. WALSH makes very Clear.."YOU SHOULD BELONG TO YOUR INDUSTRY ASSOCIATIONS!!! These suppose guys said they were there and yet they leave out a clear and obvious point of what was said down there because it doesn't benefit them to say it so they dismiss completly what the expert in his field SGT. WALSH has clearly and emphatically said. That to me Robert is disturbing to say the least. I want to see the rest of the Video if I can get it because to me I Don't want the "SALES PITCH"......I WANT THE FACTS!!!

The ***** did announce publically that they endorsed this BMP ***** endorses Enviromental BMP Unless I'm reading that wrong. I also agree with Russ's assesment above but Ron turned it down. This is a start which doesn't mean its the end. Hopefully level heads prevail here....

If you go to www.pwna.org and scroll down you will see a picture there. If you look at it just for a short few seconds there is a message in there. I have a few mags that want this story and the story will be told if I can ever get it all together...... But more important then me ever telling the story is what's behind it. This industry has just got a major boost and its going to be up to all of you in this industry to either grasp it or let it slip away. Its not an organization or any other interest group backed event. With so many problems all accross this country and potential damaging news coming out around August 2nd this is this industry's opportunity to not only support each other with this Houston Fiasco but to support each other on whatever is thrown at you by standing together and standing for each other.....and your going to be recognized by that name right smack in the middle of that picture. From what happens after that..... its on you.

This story is still growing. Now two industry magazines have it and where not done. I'm just getting the finishing touches on a few more things and expect there to be more news on this some time next week. I can't release anything because I'm still closing some more deals... but consider some major deals done and now for the homestretch-----I am exhausted but I would not trade this up for anything.
-
Now for my relief Dork face knowing this part of the job is over and our mission was accomplished to this level.
-
And now for some pics at my house yesterday where we hammered out the deal.

This story is long and complicated and it has a potentially end line that the Power washing Industry can call there very own. The potential here is huge. But even without that IMHO this is a win across the board for many and also gives plenty to see that unity does matter. Basically this is where we are today. My company did a small job for the Ruth family and that alone is an interesting story. Allison from the online mag has that story if I can ever get around to put it together but the goal here was for me to take an opportunity and give it back to this industry and also pay it forward for some others. The story for most to know that got us here today is this. Its coming straight from what the mindset is concerning the Houston crisis and how where reacting to it. Joe Walters calls me one day on a different matter and then we start talking about the industry and why things happen the way they do. He knows at this point that Ron M and Mike Hilborn had this falling out. What Joe didn't know was that Mike just resigned and he was saddened by that. I was unhappy because many know that Mike Hilborn was doing a good job as the PWNA ED and he does what he does and then resigns. Mike, we wished should have thrown himself at the mercy of the PWNA BOD and let them decide what he should do but most know for what Mike does he did it out of his passion for the PWNA and the industry at large. He makes enough money with his business and much of nothing as the PWNA ED. He took that job because he cared and the money was not there no matter how you look at it. So Mike Hilborn has enough and says the headaches aren;t worth it so he resigns. Another good man leaving. Many have left like that because at the end of the day no matter what there passions are they get warn out and they leave. Brian Penney did it, Cujo Cooley, Jim Grady,Jean Hendricks Scott Milen and on and on. Some left because of internal differences but most leave because of the mental anguish they go through on there time to help many others. Volunteering is a tough business. There is no point to in debating why some quit because that's not what this is about. Whats done is done. Now Joe and I talk about the ***** and how good it was doing and how it fell apart. Joe Likes Carlos Gonzales as some others do and he was surprised how that played out when the Convention went so well. I know that Carlos didn't have any hidden agenda or evil idea's on what he was going to do with this org. if it made it. Carlos went in with his eyes wide open and any that was involved in the beginning know that this org. should have worked. It was setup not to fail.... but it does and since Carlos was the Leader many including myself initially started to blame him for anything and everything... I regret that and I blundered there tremendously and along the way I let many people down... because I quit which I hardly ever do. Others didn't do what they were suppose to do either because like in a lot of this volunteering stuff when one guy does so much others just watch and do much of nothing. I'm not saying all did that but the way the ***** was cracking at that point and with Carlos doing everything it was now in the position to fail and Carlos did what he thought was right because he was losing his shirt. What happened there you can debate and argue it to death but since I was there and saw it I along with some others should have dealt with that differently. A sit down with all of us in one room that org. could have been saved at that level and Carlos could have made decent money building the org. while us others could have done our jobs by working to make the org. valuable to the membership. That's the way that should have worked and it was set-up to do that. Carlos was most definitely the right choice to be the ***** first choice to be the ED which he was. Then some of the parts has to work to for this whole piece the ***** to work. Most people I have spoken to all agree that Carlos was the right guy for the job back then and he had the right intentions..... it failed and that one hurts but just about all of us moved on. Now with a lot of stuff going on that shows that many in this industry is at odds with each other just by whats going on in Houston it just looks terrible for this industry. This is all my opinion only. This is not about who should go to Houston or what the real story there is... but its solely how where reacting to each other about this. Tough and sad call to have with Joe because he has seen it all and he has done a ton in and outside of the industry. He's volunteered and worked for many charitable groups so he seen a lot of things when it comes to volunteering but he stays true and does not waver in his beliefs on what the right thing to do is. Joe has always came thru in my experiences for anything that was asked of him. He's donated when asked, He's MC'd when asked, He has shown up when asked... He is who he is and in my life he is a stand up guy as many others are that I know. So a few days later something goes down by me which is Allisons story but from that thru many calls and emails me and Linda Ruth Tosetti bond. She is the Granddaughter of Babe Ruth and the family blood line. We open up to each other about many things. She tells me so many interesting things about her family and what she does and what bothers her. She has some story to tell and there are books written about it. If you search the net you will see she is who she is. She keeps her Grandfather legacy going because of a promise she made to her mother and she also does it so Babe Ruth's legacy can live on thru the children today and she does it all not for the money and on many occassions she spends what money she has to keep doing what she does which is work tirelessly to preserve his legacy and where not talking about just his baseball prowess. She is an amazing woman who if you talked to her you feel like you have always known her. She has her Grandfathers outgoing and kind personality and also has some of his looks. The pictures I have of her and her Grandfather at certain ages is mind boggling to see it. With all of this she lets me turn the tables to talk about what bothers me in this industry and the problem I see is similar to what I see in this country in general. There are divisions and we are our own worst enemies yet on all sides there are so many good people and they have done amazing things. Its the Division that is puzzling. Along the way she ask me to send her something that shows some of the good we do and I oblige by sending her the Cleaner Times Magazine when we cleaned the Coopers town Hall of fame stadium for free. She was blown away but that and she now puts me on her website first page www.thetruebaberuth.com I never asked for that and I had zero imput what she says there. She calls me on that and asked if that was OK and even though I hate the spotlight and for the ones who really know me know that's true and all you have to do is ask my wife kathy who was disappointed that I never celebrated my 40th or 50th b-days and many other things, I told Linda what ever she put there was fine with me. Do nothing and I'm good with that. This is where the ball starts to really roll. She feels that she should do something for our industry and she asked me what can she do. I first said nothing. Do nothing cause these guys don't want or ask for anything. She keeps asking me there has to be a way for her to do something... and then bing the light bulb goes off in my head. I asked her that many of these guys do so much good and they should be recognized some how. She says OK how many are we talking about...so I throw out a number to her thinking that she would say that's to many. That number is 25. She says ok lets do it. To jump ahead I can't do it. There are just to many good people. I asked her if we can do 35 and maybe honor around 3 above and beyond then maybe I can do it. I also asked her if she could recognize TGS, *** the PWNA the ***** the Cleaner Times and also Allisons new online magazine and she says if that's what I think needs to be done then she will do it. Simply amazing. She loves the fact that so many in our industry help each other, Do Volunteering power washing work, Help each other online by giving advice thru the bb's etc. This woman is amazing and I am truly humbled and honored that she has bestowed upon me to do this. And all of this comes right after the blowup about the Houston problem. Just simply unbelievable. Its like a gift from....... and even though this is going to be very time consuming and mentally draining and the bashing I'm going to get for the people I picked because there is no time to form committee's etc I just feel blessed to take this on. Its a heavy burden because I have a very busy life that is spread thin but to give back with absolutely no strings attached.... She gave me an offer I just couldn't refuse(sound familiar). So I set off to take my list and pick the most diversified bunch of guys and gals that I can find. To me there all good people but some of these people may have a tremendous dislike of each other. To me that doesn't matter but I had to make this bullet proof. There is nothing like doing something you think is good and you give it to someone else and they now are mad at that group so they throw in the garbage what you gave them. This here has to be bullet proof and after twisting and turning with that I found a way and Linda thinks its great so we do it. Each and every person picked is going to get an 8.5x11 picture of Babe Ruth on a plaque and on those pictures she is going to write there name and business and thank them and there business for the good they do. So for the people who get this and then they see someone else getting the same thing they most likely will not throw it out because its only about them and there business and if they toss it then its like throwing there business down the toilet. This make this a win for all. Of course I am heart broken over the ones that I didn't pick because some of them are probably more deserving and some I just over looked but time was a factor on this for some specific reasons and also I tried like heck to get this done before the 7/21 meeting in Houston. The goal was to get this done and if I got lucky Linda maybe could have went to the Tamp RT to present these Recognition plaques of gratitude but as fast as I moved from the time this was green lighted there was not enough time in the day to do it considering all else I was doing and all the people I was exhausting. If you know how far along I am I have now in person Both George Bush SR and Jr's personal aid contact info. Linda herself has had presidential contact herself. There is a very large story in here and if it ends here at least I was able to give back while paying a few things forward. If it goes further in the future then this industry very well may be credited with something that each and every one would be so proud of,,, but that one is for another time and that one will leave a huge legacy for this whole industry if it can be done.. which I think it probably could. Back to where we are now. Linda and her Husband came to my house this weekend and along with my wife Kathy we hammered all of this out. Then I took them to some of our best joints and introduce her to some people that has left her with an everlasting impact of how gracious these people are. So now its done. I am truly sorry for not picking many and overlooking so many others but I did the best I can. I am going to release all of these peoples names very soon. Starting with a few right now. Also Linda and her husband are contemplating on going to the PWNA convention and personally doing a meet and greet while handing these plaques over to each individual. The only reason why the PWNA was picked was because I could not get the Tampa RT done in time and believe me I tried and the only other set scheduled thing I had to show her was the PWNA Convention schedule. She may go there because she wants to meet these guys and everyone else and also since she is a country music fan she has never been to Nashville so that also excites her and her husband Andy. Either way if she decides to go to the PWNA Convention, there's another opportunity to do a photo op for your business. Remember there are no strings attached and for anyone who does not go I will personally mail each and every recipient there plaque afterwords because I have all of them. As for the big 3 who are going to get something more no matter how hard anyone tries those names are in lockdown until the day she hands these out or I do and once again they do not have to be at the Convention either because I have there special stuff already so I will mail it. As for who I picked no one was given the choice to pick for me and no one even though some gave me there honest thoughts have swayed me to do something different. Everyone of these recipients have been contacted except for maybe 2 or 3 of them which I couldn't get them but some others did for me. I will also tell you not one person was upset or turned this down. Most were humbled and felt undeserving but as shocking as this was to them they were deserving. Remember this came and went fast. Like an opened window that stayed open and then shut. I am excited and happy for the ones I reached out to before the window of opportunity closed....and I am drained. So here is a picture of a plaque that all will receive except for the special 3 who's names are on this list.. This was exhausting and humbling and if you knew me well enough the only reason why I did this was to give it back to you.

Roof cleaning in Rockland county NY
John T replied to Doug T's topic in Contractor Help Wanted - Job Leads
Hey Doug if its not to far from your house why not just take the work. Roof Cleaning is pretty easy and decent money most of the time. -
Its great to get away and just relax with some good friends. Next year I may have a special friend join me here and if I do I'll post it right here. Beth knows who that may be.....heck maybe it will be Beth/Rod and some staff here at TGS The first picture is of me and some of my closest friends. Then me and Kathy and last but not least a guy who I remembered well when he was the president of my larger Union. I use to talk to him back then. Since then he has rose all the way up to the Chief in one of the richest area's on Long Island and since retired and now is doing well in a different line of work for many years.... and me... Still stuck in the mud never talking any test for advancement because I like my life the way it is and what is that?? By letting the bosses be bosses, The guys be themselves and if I can do anything I do it for them because I figured what works best for me and that doing what I'm doing...... and what is that... I haven't figured it out yet

Michael made a mistake. He has apoligized to Ron ********** who also apologized back so they both took resposibilities for there actions. I'm happy that both of these men were man enough to apologize to each other. We all know what led into all of this which ended up spiraling out of control. Its also fair to say that Michael should be held at a higher standard do to his public position as the PWNA Executive director and he made a mistake with his post about Ron. Whether it was true or not Michael should have kept that to himself. That aside Michael his been excellent for the PWNA from what I heard from just about anyone who knew him. I know last year Ron couldn't say enough nice things about Michael. Joe Walters called me last week to discuss a few things and he was shocked When I told him Michael Resigned and Joe has always been a good man of character and he also has this way of telling if a person is a good person of character and its common knowledge in the industry and the PWNA that Michael is a very good man Period!!!!! So if this means anything I would like to propose that we ask Mike to comeback. His apology should be good enough because he has done so much good for the PWNA and that one incident which wasn't all his fault should not be big enough to wipe out all the good he's done for us the PWNA member. Lets try to bring Michael back because we need him. Can this be done first off??? So I would like to make a motion to the PWNA members and the BOD's to ask Michael to come back. He's to good of a man and a good leader in the industry to let get away. So Lets give Michael another chance. Don't let all the good guys and gals leave without at least trying to get them to reconsider. Can we do this??? I say yes we can.

PWNA Executive Director Resigns – Message from Eric Clark, President of PWNA
John T replied to Robert Hinderliter's topic in PWNA News, Events, and Information
Ask Ron who represents the industry. Here's my answer. You guys, Myself and around 40,000 others represent the Powerwashing industry...for better or worse. Paid members, non members, the powerwashing hacks etc. represent us. We need to get rid of the hacks because all industries have them or at least distant ourselves from them but they are part of the industry unfornately. Anyway I think I exhausted myself on this subject. Today my guys are stripping a Cedar House and deck. Here's a house we just did Saturday.- 27 replies

PWNA Executive Director Resigns – Message from Eric Clark, President of PWNA
John T replied to Robert Hinderliter's topic in PWNA News, Events, and Information
Unless I'm misunderstanding Ron and thats easy to do at times I think he was saying that the PWNA only has 200 + members(266 to be more exact) and the NCE has thousands of members. Ron can answer that better then me and your still not getting any extra sleep meds from me even though you look like you can use some:dunno:- 27 replies

PWNA Executive Director Resigns – Message from Eric Clark, President of PWNA
John T replied to Robert Hinderliter's topic in PWNA News, Events, and Information
Tony I just got off the phone with Ron. This whole darn thing helps no one. You say Ron is not acting as an official representative to the Industry. Here read this. Ron owns NCE and there are many members so Ron is for better or worse a huge representative of the Industry. Your conclusion above that the "PWNA is accusing Ron as being the root of all there problems and I agree with that"--- I wonder how you come to these conclusions. Who says they have all these problems. According to Ron they want to stay small so they have no problems. I don't buy into that conclusion of Rons but in all fairness he has said the same thing there for years about them staying small. The difference at times Tony from you to me is that I will point the finger at someone from my side and that is the reason I will never make it in politics. All I say is that this is a shame this happened and the PWNA president is spot on when he says its a shame another good leader has left and he also was fair in saying that The ED should not have done what he did. But as these things go some people want to beat others who are down and they want to go for the Jugular also. Sometimes that may be the case but in this one there are some really good guys in the PWNA as there are in the NCE so I don't condemn them. This is another saga with a bad ending...interesting of course and funny at times but hurtful at the end. Depressing might be the better word for it and Tony guys like you and I aren't getting any younger....Oh yea nice yearbook pic of you that you posted the other day. Damn did we lool similar with our feather back hair styles.... Where has all the time gone?? And when will this backwards stepping of the industry ever end????- 27 replies

PWNA Executive Director Resigns – Message from Eric Clark, President of PWNA
John T replied to Robert Hinderliter's topic in PWNA News, Events, and Information
Hey Beth I am not denying Mike Hilborn did what he did. He screwed up....but... you now how these things go. Beth do you think that Robert Hinderliter is a liar?? Do you think His son Micheal is a liar?? Do you see whats being painted here??... I'm not asking you or anyone to agree with me about anything. Micheal Hilborn made a mistake so he left...Gone....Goodbye. All the good he did and he did plenty Ron snapped him. This is right up there when I invited Russel Cissel to Memphis to speak to the PWNA BOD. We all know how that turned out and WRAPI was trying to be sprung then. Another org. with grand idea's that is today blowing in the wind. Ron was invited onto the PWNA phone call and he says what he has to say and he hangs up. Do you remember when Ron called Jeff L. customers?? Do you remember how Jeff felt about that?? The end of the day we get over it. Jeff is friendly with Ron today. Do you remember Beth who I had to purge out of the PWNA bb?? Yup my good pal Ron. I like Ron but some of these things go way to far. This is what the end result is now. The PWNA has taken a hit. NCE no matter what Ron says has taken a hit, The powerwashers in general have taken a hit. We all have who take this business seriously. So hey Michael Hilborn made it easy.. he apologized and resigned. Maybe just maybe so and so is right. Where nothing but a bunch of hose sprayers nothing more nothing less. THis is an embarrassment all across the board. Fun and jokes is one thing but to now blow it all up.... History has repeated itself and thankfully I'm not invovled on this one because I sure didn't help on the last few. Good luck to the Houston Powerwashers and to any other states this most likely will happened to because like I said all along its a revenue stream and to put a small dent on it your ducks have to be very much in a row.... not like what is above which is dead ducks in the water. Besides that... all is good and business is booming but my area is getting worse and ultimitely its going to cause my family some undo stress and that is my biggest concern now which is people are losing work here left and right.....- 27 replies

PWNA Executive Director Resigns – Message from Eric Clark, President of PWNA
John T replied to Robert Hinderliter's topic in PWNA News, Events, and Information
Yea True Tony but thats not what happened here. Ron was friends with these guys long before we knew Ron. There were years Ron was not to supportive of the PWNA and then there were times like last year he couldnt say enough nice things about them. Ron can't stay mad long enough. He'll be supportive again. Just sit back and watch. To bad Micheal Hilborn resign because he was good and he did a good job. Like anything else in life its easy to see why Mike Resigned. Besides maybe losing some BOD support it wasn't worth it to Mike to be called the bad guy when all along he was excellent. Ron even said so on many different occassions. I can find the old post and bring them up where Ron is saying how good Mike Hilborn is for the PWNA and the industry at large. Tony I'm dying to hear you bring in the forefathers into this....common you know you want to. What would the forefathers do?? I know..Hang them..lol OK uncalled for but just watch what happens. Ron last year was the biggest fan of the PWNA. You know it, I know it and most everyone else knows it. Ron may have been awared with one of there highest honors. Rons mad but he never quits. I'll give him that but you watch.... Ron will be supportive again. I bet ya.... common Tony put your money where your mouth is...Ron will be back and a huge supporter again of the PWNA. You'll see...- 27 replies

PWNA Executive Director Resigns – Message from Eric Clark, President of PWNA
John T replied to Robert Hinderliter's topic in PWNA News, Events, and Information
As usual I'm going to take a different take on this since there was alot more at stake then just Mike Hilborn and Ron Disliking each other. First off Like Eric Clark states in his post it is a shame that a good leader such as Mike Hilborn has now resigned over something that festered between him and Ron. So who loses?? We all do. We all lost a little more today because of this fiasco. Like I told Ron on the phone from what many understood there was a supposed meeting that was going to happen in July maybe around the 21st where some leaders in this industry such as Ron, Michael and Robert Hinderliter, Maybe even Micheal Hilborn and a few others where heading to Houston to sit and talk with the Powers to be there as to what the percieve problems are that were causing some Powerwashers in that area to be summons. The EPA is at the core of this and they are a Gov't entity that is extremely powerful in pushing what they determined to be the correct rules to protect the Environment. These are the heavy weights. The Code enforcers are the ones who now can go out and issue summons to the Powerwashers who they believe are in Violation of the ordinances that are now put in place in Houston. The only real shot to maybe just maybe put a dent in this is to have the leaders in this industry go there and try to show them a better way where not only the Community at large benefits but so does the Contractor and the Code enforcer. These are real issues and now because of what happened with Mike stepping down and people pointing fingers saying he is a stalker, This guy says this, That guy says that etc etc. we have once again took another step backwards. Why would any professional group especially involving the EPA want to hear anything we have to say. We can't even get on the same page ourselves and be professional and go down to Houston no matter if your a member of the PWNA, NCE or just a Powerwasher in this business and expect to be taken seriously when we forever have these type fiasco's happen. I'm not saying what Micheal Hilborn did was right. He's human and his momentarily lapse of reason and the fallout from that has cost all of us. Michael went to the RT's, He kept the PWNA on track and from what most of us understood he also gave a darn..so now he's gone. Now you get the fallout from that with these open letters to the PWNA and guys demanding heads role and some asking for refunds etc. If I was working for the EPA I'd be looking at this as what a joke this profession is. Personally I don't feel like that but those are the big guns and we as a group might of had a small shot and getting them to listen to us the professionals because this is what we do. Now we have knocked ourselves down a few notches again and in that we lose what really was a good leader who made one bad decision and since we all know the money Mike might have made in his position it wasn't enough for him to fight to stay on so its was a no brainer for him to resign. Who needs it. Just to reiterate what Eric Clark says "It is a damn shame". Nobody wins here and that should not have been the objective. The objective should have been to go to Houston and help those contractors there that are getting shut down. Somewhere we lost sight of that and now the pissing match begins. Today I feel bad for the Houston Powerwashers and I am thankful I don't have to work there to earn a living in this field but the day my area starts to get like Houston I sure hope the guys in my area get much better support then a bunch of Powerwashers doing the blame game on each other because once again if thats the case we'll lose again. No happiness here and to put it in laymens terms....this sucks.- 27 replies

This is the reason why I like belt driven bars because they spin into the area that is being cleaned and they leave very little swirl marks if any. Hey Doug I'll call you tomorrow. I got your message but I was swamped with fixing some machines since where leaving to do a parking garage tuesday(Tomorrow). We should have left today but I got lucky that one of the stores we maintain had an inspection this week so we had to that tonight which gave me more time to fine tune my equipment.

Robert are you going to Houston on this date to show support and maybe a voice of reason to??? -
Wow what a cute baby.. Who's the father...haaa what its Rob's baby?? Well we can see the baby got Rebecca's good looks. Thank God for that. Nothing like a baby that can scare a charging bull away...That would be equivilant of Rob being in a Diaper...Now that can scare anything and everything away YIKES!!!! Seriously congrats Rob and tel Reba the same. Now get out there and do that 5 week store run because girls are far from cheap. Cheap is not even most females vocabulary except when they call you a Cheapo. Now thats an over used word they use to direct at others. I should know I have 2 girls who tell me that all the time as I go in and buy them Dinners with COUPONS.....

PWNA - BMPs: What they are and what they are not. A letter from Mike Hilborn, E.D.

Hey Guy how would one go about getting a "CWA Certification" and do they even give those out?? I say if that can be done its a great idea to go that route. I wonder if that can be done legitimately. It kind of rings like the famous and unauthorized term of "Its EPA Compliant". I don't thing the EPA gives any company there blessing. Once again I could be wrong on these points here but if like Guy says that you can call a certification a 'CWA Certification" thats golden. Good point Guy. -

This has always puzzle me also. I can see difference of Opinions always happening and since we are all business owners most of us have strong Personalities. This has made me wonder over the years if this is the biggest reason somewhere sometime as to why we lock horns with each other. Either way the goal should always try to get this industry at the most part to unite in one way shape or form. This would be exluding all hacks and Lowballers and I'm not talking about people who charge a little less then others but the ones who charge so low its a joke and then you see those people are gone the next year. Years ago I proposed that there should be a Roundtable that was geared to the whole Industry with orgs being invited but more importantly to get as many from each Bulletin board to go. This would be like a massive Roundtable so we all could meet and talk shop and maybe find some common grounds that we all could support. Man did I almost get my head shot off for that proposal. I was asked to remove that thread by a few which I did and I regretted doing that but it looked like at that time there was to much angst for this to succeed. Today it is a little better but its still oh so slow to get this industry to unite in some aspects because we all know you can't get everyone to ever agree on everything. Maybe Ron M. this time really does have a way to make this happened. He's the one traveling the most, Planning the most and pretty much doing more then many can do combine. So seeing the light a little better today after a rough few weeks.... I am supportive of Ron and the Coalition along with the PWNA for something to come out positive from this Houston Fiasco. Determination can make this happened and if there is anyone that is so determined right now to do this..... its Ron. -

Brian another idea here and its just that an idea. Tell this guy that you have a special spray piece coming in that is a Godsend for a job like this. If you ordered the M5 X-Jet u should have it any day now. When you get it go back to the house and tell the neighbor to make sure all the windows are closed tight. Water the surrounding areas real well. Then wet the House. Try to do all this away from where the Sun is. Now start at the bottom and work your way up with your X-Jet and Flood this house with your Sodium Hypochlorite mixture and give it a really good bath. Let it sit there for a few moments but DO NOT let it dry on the house and especially not the windows. Maybe even give the windows a little rinse. Rinse again the surrounding areas real well such as the Gardens foalige etc. Now let the magic begin. Start your water rinse from the top of the house and give it a real splash of water all the way down. Then Rinse it again. Rinse the gardens and foolage again and rinse those windows real good. Then do that Rinse again. This way the house comes out much more even with the cleaning and your time factor to do this would be like superman doing the job. ITs all in the Cleaning Chemicals you use and how you apply them and an x-jet for a job like this is the way to go and the rinse rinse and rinse again.....Done. You will love the results and this guy will be stoked. I've been doing jobs like this for 16 yrs and with the right tools, soaps and frame of mind you will be the King for that day. Good luck and enjoy the compliments....and the greens in your wallet for a job well done. -
Hydro Tek Pro Line Pressure Washer?

Get that quote and call Russ anyway. It might be best to buy from your local guy because they can service the machine but if there raping you over the coals with price then I'd look to buy elsewhere and then if something goes wrong and you cant fix it have your local guy take care of it. I'm only saying this if your local guy is way to high on price. A little high is OK because they will service it but off the charts high....well because of the net....those days are over. Still call Russ to see what he is offering. Good luck
