Hey Richard-that is a real low clearance. You would need something really customized to get in there..My Set-up would not be able to get in garage that low. Maybe 6'8" but not much lower then that. Give Bill Clemmons a call and tell him John Tornabene from Clean County Powerwashing told you to give him a hollar. He is very knowledgable about this type of stuff because he builds the best machines to handle parking garages. His number can be found at his website. Good luck-John T.
