What funny is they will still clean them, we had a customer the other day do a building wash and rear on a vacant center and still keep the fronts on a regular 30 day wash. His reasoning is if he doesnt keep it clean , he may not find tenants if his is dirtier than his competition. -
We have gotten closer to customers as well. If you can I would invest in some new, not crazy but a little.

I have seen this guy riding a bike for 20 years downtown and thought he was nuts. He actually can speak!!!! My mother and father would honk at him around the late 80's.. He stop jungling, maybe that how he got hit on the bike? -

Hum bug!!!!! LOL, I don’t have one gift, I was at the mall yesterday but the line are ridiculous. I think I’m going to wait till the middle of the week during the day Is it me or do people have less lights up this year? I was sad I took the family to see the downtown lights in Mesa because they are always nice. NONE… Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed the Post, he certainly is on his way to becoming a good saleperson. I see he has realized a few things that saved him money. Prequalifying customers is always the way to go. Zoo Lights... I guess I'm the only person seeing lights. Spead a little Cheer guys. Lets see some lights around world. Phoenix has all these cold places beat. I walk around the Zoo last night drinking cocoa and then ate ice cream to cool off.
