Yeah Steve, Best it probably stays closed. I Know what ya did and that would have been the only reason I made the offer. I think its kinda a shame the hard works just gone. If it stay up as a view only place? if life changed for ya you could be back in the saddle. food for thought Oh well, just a thought. Good luck and have fun with the rest of your life. Its just too short.

We have offered to keep the BBS up at no cost to anyone.

I think keeping or transfering some content would be good. I think it could work if the right people got involved. TGS, TGP , PTS all have reasons why they do well. *** is supported by no one and does ok. I think a BBS independant of sales can work. Its hard to make it happen.

General Liability Coverage

commercial work will not allow you to step on property with out a cert in there name. I think everyone knows that, people dont realize that home owners never ask about insurance. -
General Liability Coverage
Ron Musgraves replied to propressurewashing's topic in Business Topics & Tips
No, i'm just telling you the truth. I have not even needed gL with a larger company. If i was a solo guy and it was not a law or requirement i would not carry it. My policy now is crazy -

General Liability Coverage
Ron Musgraves replied to propressurewashing's topic in Business Topics & Tips
I have insurance, i got to say that i would not have insurance if i was solo operation and i was doing all the work. home onwers like commercial managments and others require you to have it to step on the property. (its a must) If i didnt have anything to loose and I was doing the work and the law didnt require it. ( i would have no insurance) Auto is a different story. -
Today we change this before we expericenced down time in the fiield. I guess i dont wait for my tires to blow either, I change them ater 50% and i like not having breakdowns. Its just and opiionion , so dont take it offensive guys please. If i didnt have a press i might let them go longer also.

This is so true, its going to depend on the eviroment your subject too. I believe that gravel yards and lots have to be the worse place you can wash. imagine sand paper of grinding the hose daily.
