He may have a million for sale an none sold. that will tell you its not going to sell possibly for one months revenue.

suppy and demand is another factor. Example, open your news paper this morning and like most places you will see they are selling a million pizza joints. Well, its simple theres a ton for sale the market will be down.

A business broker will tell you that its all about your past tax returns. Equipment in this business means very little and if you get 20% of value your lucky.

Over the last 24 years I have sold portion and bought business. The ratio is about five times the amount of gross revenue. call a business broker, get the answer. Mant other things factor in of course. Years in buz, contracts and how long your willing to stay on over the transition.

one more thing, arizona is not on a level playing field, industry wont be chosing this state for labor jobs.

THIS will affect the children for sure. its a shame arizona leads the way, this time i think they are wrong. it will have a devistating affect on the economy. unfortunatly many citizens that have children and family that are natral born will be hurt. its a difficult thing to watch citizens , especially children be removed by the goverment.

I always disagree with everyone about this, dont have time right now to reply. all factors are involved on cleaning units. (heat, pressure and GPM) the type of job also comes into play. verticle and horizontal work requires different things. heat and pressure have less play on most verticle cleaning, GPM is more important. certain flat jobs more gpm just makes the job more difficult. That is so true, I will take some kids i know 2 morrow some blankets needed and some food to tide them over. Adopted a family that was robed a week back and lost the rent money and are behind. widowed mother with three small kids. Kids shouldnt suffer for no reason, they are pure.
