Be sure to get a release clearing you of water getting into the units. They might not be sealed.
  2. Saturday, November 13, 8 am to 4 pm I have contacted the Holiday Inn in Williamsburg to have a round table meeting on Saturday, Nov 13. It is a new hotel with just the right size meeting room that can hold 20 to 50 people. This will not be a large round table like Ron holds. I am hopping to draw con tractors from North Carolina, Virginia and Maryland. Others are welcomed, I want you to know that it is not like Tampa or Myrtle Beach. There needs to be cap of 50 people. There will be a small charge of about $25 per person. This will include lunch. All money will be used. Registration will start in September. If we have enough attendance, the meeting room will be free. I am able to get things arranged but if I do all of the talking everyone would leave after listening to in 15 min. I need help in presentations and scheduling for the day. Please let me know what you can do or if anyone has something they would like to share please e-mail me. If any suppliers would like to come you are welcomed also. About the hotel: This Holiday Inn & Suites is only a year old. They have an indoor pool and a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The will serve lunch for a group. Room rate will be $79 until 2 weeks before then as available. More info to come on the hotel. Williamsburg has a large outlet center, Prime Outlets and also Historic Colonial Williamsburg, so if family comes there is something to do. Busch Gardens will be closed preparing for their Christmas season.
  3. Expansion Joint Replacement

Why not get the rotten wood out, put in foam some backer rod then put in self leveling concrete repair caulking? I have used the caulking to repair cracks.

Go to Awning cleaning, awning sealing, and awning coloring supplies for the professional and check it out. Their products work great and they will help you out getting started
  7. Anyone used deckstar sprayer from sunbrite?

We use the deckster from sunbrite. It works great. Well worth the price. We have had it for a few years and sprayed oxcylec acid to stain to concrete sealer and all work good. We have had to rebuild the pump once or twice because it did not get cleaned out after using it and they are easy to rebuild
  8. There is a product that Trex recomends for their decks. It is Anti Growth or Protex made by Anti-Growth. We have used it and it works good. We did a deck and the guys missed a small area and we went back a cople of months later to clean this small area, it had mildew and mold spots on it already
  9. Any overflow work in ATL?

Todd, Heave you ever heard of ReKrete dry concrete cleaner. You spread it out very fine dry and just dampen it a bit and it will eat up oil in the concrete ad alsomake the concrete white. It might be sold under privat lable also. It might help you get some work with the water restrictions.
  10. Robot

Too bad the battery is so small. it will only last 30 to 45 in. Take a look. iRobot - Robots: Gutter Cleaning: NEW! iRobot Looj™ 150 Gutter Cleaning Robot
  11. moldy basement

There is alot of good info at moldadvisormain. They say bleach will not kill mold in a place like this. You might need something else they have.
  12. Some help please.

    Will this help www.asphaltroofing.org/pdf/tb_217.pdf
  13. Water Supply Tank choice?

I have a source to get the 275 gal totes, one about every 2 weeks. I will be seling them as I get them. My only problem is where to get the conector for the outlet. It is 2 1/4 inch there thread or a snap on. Where can I get them?
  14. I need some help or guidance on a roof cleaning job. It is a cedar shake roof. The main part of the house is 3600 sq ft and the garage and side part is 1600 sq ft. The main part is 2 story cape cod style 12/12 pitch and the other is a single story 12/12 pitch. I need to brake it down to cleaning and then for sealing/staining. I will be using a lift for most of it, pitch witch for part and one part of the roof is almost flat and walkable. How about some ranges of pricing. It is in a gated community. I also see that sodium hydroxide might not be the best thing to use. Is Sodium Percarbonate the way to go? Is Sodium Percarbonate oxygen bleach? Thank fon any help.
