  1. we have a pine deck coming up that was stained 1-2 years ago the old stain in still in pretty good shape except in areas where sap was bleeding through the boards. Would like some advice on an easy to remove the sap! thnx
  2. Full time or part time?

why is the rain killing u? rain is the best wether to wash let nature rinse for U! and on hot days it makes it nice and cool!
  3. Carpet cleaning

once had a custumeeeer ask me to clean his rug after his dog did his business all over it little soap bleach and the prssure washer it was as good as new in less than a minute
  4. New Competition

    lol gggggg
  5. thanks to everyone for your input on the subject!
  6. Burn holes?

cut out the burn mark and find an area of carpet that none will notice if u slice a peice away preferably deep inside a dark closet or maybe a utility closet cut a small patch the size of the hole u made where the burn mark was super glue around the edges of the backing and fit into place! done this many of times and if done right nobody will ever know!
  7. because its green and it looks like mildew. its not green wood if im wrong and if i could be something else im open to suggestion!
  8. ok sorry i didnt read the rules before posting
  9. i do alot of decks and homes probably hundreds last year alone i wouldn t consider myself a diy 'er i tried to search but didnt find anything
  10. i use hypo clorite with sodium hydroxide works great for most situations but there are the few where the green mildew is too deep beneath the surface of the wood! % wise i dilute 12% by between half and a 3rd then down stream!
  11. some times i come across decks that have never been stained or exposed to the elements for too long and it seems as though the mildew goes deep in to the wood all i know to do is hit it with high pressure and kind and take layers of of wood down to to get it out but thats damaging. some of the decks have been fairly new they just waited too long to have it treated! bleach tends to only get the layer of mildew on top of the wood and maybe they a little beneath! if anyone has suggestions i d like to hear them
