Actually it was done for 8 - 12 cents a Sq Ft for many years then a low ball came in at 6 & hosed the few that had been doing it for many years. That seems to be the general trend as of late , pathetic really. Good Luck @ 2.5 ! -

Every state has their own class codes.You make plenty to cover it,just build it into your expences. A paltry $5,500 will not even be missed.

Hydrant meters are available from your county and the permit needed to use the hydrants as a water source. -

Tanic acid leaching from decaying foliage.Berry stains are another matter.Clorine is your best & cheapest bet,downstreamed with a surfacant dont worry if it dry's HP wash with or without a surface cleaner & reapply if nessasary.Downstreaming thee same solution your finished prouduct will take care of any swirls & or stains.Pure clorine is best but for a large area the above method saves you 50% of clorine.:USA:
