What do you recommend?

Hello everyone, the attached image is of a deck that i will be working on this summer. I would like to know what you guys would recommend for the best restoring process to go with?

-Should i strip the whole deck? if yes, what kind of stripper?

-Should i use a wood brightener? if yes, what brighteners work best?

Any help, tips, or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

When you say you are working on it what does that entail? Do you want to strip it?

Looks pretty good to me already, is the customer asking for something in particular?

Those bushes around the deck are going to burn pretty bad if any of the chemicals get on them Lots of covering there.
