Recommended Posts

Here is the updated flyer. We have some more good news to add in here that's going to be sweet. The final Flyer will be out early next week after we get back from NOLA. That last version will have also the Room Block info and the paylink for this event.

Do not book anything yet until this last version comes out because where on the verge of getting an even better deal with the hotel..

I'll also put this Flyer in its own thread so who's ever interested can go right to it.

Thanks for the support of all the bulletin boards for letting me put this out there to the garage guys and future garage guys.

Keep sending your emails to ParkingGarageCleaningEvent@Gmail.com & clncounty@aol.com if your interested and as that goes up will keep trying to get some more national companies to respond.

If you need to you can contact Jim Gamble at 510-612-0437 or John Tornabene at 631-804-1777

Thanks Guys,

John T.

Excellent Jim. Wait till the guys see the new flyer info you and I along with the rest of the Vegas committee are working on.

I also got 2 more PM's on some other bb's about this event along with 2 more phone calls to return and I think 1 more email all just today as well.

To be fair to all when the final flyer is made public that will be the first Place to sign on along with all the emails we have and phone calls as well.

It's good to see we have some real interest of people that want to go and learn and ask those questions first hand themselves.

I am super pumped about this because the effort by us guys and the heartache and headache we had to deal with was worth it because the attendees will benefit tremendously and that was our main goal we all discussed that we should try to achieve.

It's been a pleasure Jimbo.

Here's the final flyer. Sorry if it looks small. I had a hard time resizing it. The paypal link is https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=QCTRDM9DXXT6C

Once you pay that will forward you the room block. The block is small so hurry and sign up!!! We don't want to have this room block fill up to ones who may really not want to go and want to take advantage of this suite room block that wasn't to easy for us to get.

Where trying like heck to get it made a little larger for the ones who sign up to stay as Suites for our Attendees!!!!!

Thanks for staying patient with us because of the last minute to put this together for you garage guys and the rest of the Powerwashing Industry who want to learn about dealing with hard core Concrete cleaning and Filtration:cool:

Also don't forget to book your flights soon since this is a vacation week for many.

John we just filled up in the rooms.

I never thought we would fill up 6 weeks before the event... LOL

I have made an offer this morning, which was accepted as of 4:20 pm today.

The Rio will increase the room block to handle the over flow.

This was a ONE TIME adjustment for us. At $39.00 double upgrade, this deal will not be offered again. When they fill up this time, THAT'S IT !

If anyone wants those rooms, you better hurry and get them.

I do not want to read that anyone was not informed of the room block going up in price. Currently these upgraded rooms are going for $108 a night.

John T,

When I was in Las Vegas finalizing some paper work, I noticed we got (4) more guest to attend.

So I asked the RIO to give us a bigger Meeting Room for the third time since the event was announced and as they did twice before, the RIO was more than happy to help us as this thing is starting to grow beyond anyone's expectations.

We have a surprise vendor who is finalizing their entry in a few days.

I can honestly say this.....NO EVENT PLANNER IN OUR FIELD HAS BEEN ABLE TO LAND THIS MANUFACTURE TO ATTEND ANY pressure washing event ...ever !

Don't want to say to much until they sign on the dotted line.

Jims Beast !!!!!!

We have more of these custom rigs. This one and our filtration unit which has NEVER been seen will be at the Las Vegas Environmental Parking Garage Event on March 26, 27 and 28th...2013.

Some say that we are doing Demo's like Ron's events did in the past. Demo's for a few minutes. NO WE ARE NOT !!! We are actually WORKING these machines for 5+ hours straight...not 5 minutes, then shut them off. You will know the equipment you are using. You will try every piece of equipment and see their design. Manufactures will be teaching you how to set up, clean and use the equipment during those 5 or more hours of actually cleaning a garage. You will be required to get dirty...you will be required to get wet...you will work the job-site...not walk around with your hands in your pockets while you wonder what your going to have for lunch as I did at this event.

Thats awesome Jim. I know I have bought plenty of equipment and after using it for a time (couple hours) I wished I had an opportunity like you are providing. This is the kind of events we need for the future. Along with the paper part of the industry. I have said for a long time but contractors need to not just know how to powerwash but they need to know business also. If you know both you should have a successful run.

Again great job on this event. You guys are making me feel guilty for not being to get there. But you know what they say when you buy a new truck. You just cant make every event.

17 billion dollar company signing on for the Vegas Event!! I usually don't like to do this because we just got a verbal from this company but we feel very confident that this company will sign on within the next couple of days.

There value is in the neighborhood of $17,000,000,000 and there sales this yr alone is hovering around $2,000,000,000 alone. Thats Billions(I didn't complete college so my Zero's maybe be off).

This company is a part of this Industry in a huge way which I'll explain once they sign on. Where reaching for the stars and our social gatherings at the Rio for the Vegas Parking garage event is close to them.. This company is a part of that as well.

Once the deal is closed I'll announce who played the major part in doing this... Once again do not take the internet to be the end all when judging people's character. In person some of these people can surprise the heck out of ya.
