This is a Tile Roof Cleaning job that we completed this past summer for a Property Management Company. They consisted of 66 two story town homes and 66 detached garages. All were terracotta flat Tiles that had not been Cleaning in approx 8-10 years. The homeowner association contacted us about this project about 3 weeks ago and we finalized it 2 weeks ago. they originally thought it would take approximately 1 month to complete so you can imagine the look I got from the president of the association when I said we would have it done in 4 days 5 tops. We started Cleaning these Roofs on Tuesday July 21st and finished them today at 2 pm July 24Th. Terry Mullens from Expert Pressure Washing stopped by a couple of times to see how we were doing. He didn't bring us any lunch but I still think he's a nice guy. LOL...Here are a few pictures from that Roof Cleaning job.
