Chemical Doctor replied to Tronman's question in Residential Pressure Washing
It can be found at www.flynndist.com or by sending me an email. -
Just wanted to let everyone know The Cleaner Network will be back soon! All of the information is being retreived from start to the point of closure. I am looking foward to resurfacing again.

I just joined that board today. I have a very special announcement to make soon that (I hope) everyone will be glad to hear. No, it is not a baby You were the last! HaHa, I haven't forgot that remark at Hooters in NJ. I still would love to have another NY Fireman's shirt (XL) even though I am down about 20 lbs. since yoy saw me last. I gave up Hooters, that was the weight issue I guess. The original got lost when I moved a few years back

Just wanted to drop in and say Hi. Many of you should see my name resurface again in the near future. I will give more details later.

The good, the bad, and the ugly on TGS; about forum conduct
Chemical Doctor replied to Beth n Rod's question in The Club House
Stress is one of the things that adds to conduct sometimes. That is something that I was guilty of a few times in the past. As I get older I try to be more understanding of people. One thing I do know is that helping people gives me satisfaction. Those that know me well understand what I am saying. Right now having a son in Iraq (MP in the ARMY) puts things in a different perspective for me. -
Maybe next time one is close to TN.

I am still around even though this is not what I do now. Everyone is invited to email me anytime.

I want the site to stay closed. Back 2 and 1/2 years ago when I was going through some changes in my personal life and could not be at the end of the phone for 24 hours a day to answer questions quite a few of what I thought were loyal customers flew the coop. The board was a promotional tool for my chemicals and I made that clear but some did not respect that or how much of myself I had given. I gave more than anyone could realize.I always felt that teaching folks how to do this business would obtain loyal customers but I was wrong. Good luck to all of you in the future and I hope some have learned valuable lessons from what I did over the years., one way or another. Without customers there was no reason to keep The Cleaner Network up and running. I did all I could do under the circumstances. The Doctor's coat has been retired. Please honor my wishes.

I am still around for those folks that feel the need to talk with me. Thanks for all that supported me over the 12 years I was in business. I still have many friends from being in the business that I still talk with. True friends are there for life.

I would think it would have something to do with all of the pools at the hotels since it is a destination for tourist, more demand for it.
-
I have no idea why you would say that. Give me a call and explain it to me, I would like to know.
-
I have nothing to be bitter about.

It is not for sale to you. Traffic that does not generate sales,is just traffic. Everyone is in business to make money. Just like the song goes you can be anybody on line but that doesn't mean they know what they are talking about. Some just forget where they came from in the beginning. They went from newbie to seasoned veteran in about six months.
-
I am sure there are. If I did it would have to be cash up front, but it is not for sale.
-
Good to see you are doing well these days. Looks like things are better now that they were about three years ago.

I have appointed Gary Schell as new administrator of The Cleaner Network. Due to personal reasons I have been unable to maintain things the way I like and I agreed with several that Gary would do a fine job. I will still be around but have made Gary "The Captain" of the ship.

I did a little but it is growing back.

Stain Soaked Rag Ignites! Yowwwweee!
Chemical Doctor replied to fireandrain's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
I learned first hand about 25 years when the spray booth at the cabinet shop I work at did the same thing the same week some kids tried to set two fires. I had to put all of them out. -
A X-Jet injects the chemicals at the end of your wand therefore they never run through you gun or hoses. I feel they are the way to go for housewashing. You can wash a two story house from the ground with ease.

Sorry we were unable to attend. Sounds like everyone learned from it. -
Stick with the Sutner guns. That was the only brand I would sell. I no longer sell parts though.
