We got a hit through our website for a residential deck needing pw, stain & seal. This is out of our jurisdiction. Please call me if interested 317.877.3247. -
10-4. Thanks for the input Cody. I was thinking the same after speaking with my brother who is a brick layer. He recommends staying away from it too. Have a good one.

Hello all - Got any interesting question from a homeowner today that we were out cleaning off mortar off his new brick residence. He asked if there was a seal to put on brick surfaces to protect over time. Is anyone aware of a seal for brick we could suggest to him that masons may use or is something like this not really ever done on brick? Thanks

Window Cleaning Pricing
pressurewizard replied to pressurewizard's topic in Window & Gutter Cleaning
Thanks guys. These are all ground level windows near the entrances they want us to pressure clean. I was thinking of going with the squegee on these since no height involved. I measured them all of this a.m. while was measuring out the concrete at .04 per sq ft, but I think I may have to cut that in half to even be close to a $1 per pane. -
Hey all - We have been asked for an estimate to clean some windows at a hospital. Its a newer hospital so no panes in the windows and they are all of different sizes so I have gotten a sq. ft. estimate for all of them combined. Anyone have an idea as to what we might look at per sq ft. to clean exterior only. I need to get a bid back to them tomorrow a.m. Thanks for your input.

In Ground Pool Cleaning / Feedback?
pressurewizard posted a question in Residential Pressure Washing
My brother was asked yesterday if we pressure clean pools to get it ready to fill with water for the summer. The pool was built using a stucco shell. I realize that some pool shells differ, but was curious to see if anyone had experience with pressure cleaning pools, and what cleaners did you use? How did you extract the water from the pool when finished? This is a new project for us but would be really interested in adding to our list of services if the return is worth the effort. Thanks for your feedback. -
Recommended Make/Model of Pressure Washing Equipment
pressurewizard posted a topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
My brother and I are fairly new to the business and looking into starting one of our own. The big question we are encountering now is determining what make and model types of pressure washing units are most reccomened to shop for in the market. We are looking into purchasing a larger unit capable of most commercial and residential sized projects, with (2) 250 gallon tanks or one large tank mounted on an open flatbed trailer for towing. I understand that their are likely a variety of opinions on this topic but certainly would appreciate any feedback you could give us to think about as we shop around. Thanks in advance - Robbie Pressure Wizard
