-
prolly not the wand but the 10K of pressure. drillers/roughnecks are different than hydro-blasters/environmental workers.

Thanks A.C. yea I'm a big believer in the K.I.S.S. principle.. how much did the welder charge you? i can weld but have no equip. cheaper to rent or to hire?

just went on a spraying spree!! first i checked it on soap residue on glass shower door... took it right off. then on my stainless refrigerator... shined it better than the 8$ can of stainless cleaner... then my tools ,brass connectors etc... from N.O.LA. and always kept a WD-40 soaked rag in my tool box due to humidity but the other uses are amazing!
Thanks Buckeye

so Tegray do you charge extra for this? does this RESTORA provide a nicer finish? less dull?

20' fiberglass Werner with quick connect stabilizer $250.
i thought the chems would react with aluminum? only used it once so for.
OSHA requirements might play factor? i think that every four feet in elevation requires one foot away from structure. plus 36 inches beyond the top height.
so technically to climb a 12 foot structure ladder height would be approx. 18feet.
we also have an multi position ladder made by KRAUSE 12' i think my partner got it from SAMS.
makes my fingers very nervous....

thanks

hey matt do you offer free estimates?

you have helped and confused me slightly!!LOL
-
Thanks Phillip. a guy huh???
Thanks Tracy one for my notes
after further work i have come to the conclusion that the downstreamer dilutes the chems. my question then is what is the dilution ratio of the x-jet?
or should i be looking into a shur-flo or similar for delivery of chems

Hello out there deck guru's
these are before pics of my first deck job. not sure of the wood pretty sure it's PT pine. also not sure of the coating? behre maybe? from what I've gathered here these are the steps to restore.
1)
test sample are to be striped note dwell time. apply stripper(hd-80? or f-18?) let dwell, remove sludge with not more than 900 PSI.
A)DO I LET IT DRY BEFORE I ADD THE BRIGHTNER?
B) how do you reclaim the sludge and chems if at all?
C) what are the prep procedures to protect surrounding vinyl siding?
2)
apply brightener taking precautions to protect siding. CITRACLEAN instruction call for the area to be misted with the product until desired results are achieved.
A) what are the desired results i am looking for?
B) should i cover windows before application?
C) any prep or mixing tips that i should be aware of?
3)
stain or seal? and here's the latest proof of my being a newbie...
A) what is the difference between a stain and seal??
B) how to apply? i have a HVLP sprayer but it cannot spray oil based paint?
C) will the prep materials(tape and card board?) i used for stripping and brightening still be usable for staining? should i re prep area?
is there anything i am missing??
thanks
