Dear Jeff,
I hope an combination of 90% sodium percorbonate, 10% soda ash & 10% sodium metasilicate should do the job. Mix should be like 1Kg in 4 Ltrs of water & just sprinkle the mix on a pre-wetted floor. Hope this will do the job & if you are satisfied with performance if this formulation, Please forget not to let me know.

Yes, Oxolic acid has worked perfectly for us in typical situation like this & in our case it was concrete cast wall & not stucco. Cleaning came good with use of rotary nozzle at 600 psi.
Does it look something like this? If so, Oxalic acid worked for me -
Suresh,Plase pardon my cynicism but you have no signature, you're not a TGS sponsor or vendor, and you give a very brief (incomplete) description of information you seek. That raises red flags to me. How about starting over and give some more information so more people will be inclined to offer information?
I am extremely sorry, if I have bothered your good self & I totally agree with regard to lack of info about me & my company. Please help us in knowing more info & making us more knowledgeable. In brief, I hope i have liberty to call all my fellow members as professional teachers.

Due apologies in advance, if you feel that we have not informed about our company. We are a company specialised in restoration & protection of civil substrates since a decade based in Bangalore, India. we are more into contracting & less into selling having well defined network with fellow contracting companies through out the country, we mean our's is a supply & apply house. Nevertheless, if you feel that, we fit in vendor catagory, it is our request you to guide us know more info about Vendor forum & its rules. Finally, thank you for your forum's & members support till date & expect to be with all of you in future.

Im not sure what u mean by cement paint.... i assume your speaking of a color stain of some sort.... Xylene should take care of this if not to thick....if not a stripper such as DADS will take everything off competely :)Cement paint means one which is made by mixing white cement with pigments & applied on masonry after mixing with water to get the paintable consistancy.

Dear Richard,
Let me know what do you mean by sealed interlock, can I presume it as interlocking precast cement paver. Please note that KLENZTONE or any other similar degreaser works well on unsealed substrate. Fine, if you are cleaning a sealed substrate, again you should confirm whether the sealer used is of imprignation type or coating type. Either way if oil stains are only on specific areas, the best thing is to use poultice made of some thinner like Acetone or Xylene mixed with fine Talk powder of 250 mesh, applying in paste form to a thickness of 5mm on stained area with an addtional extension of spreading the paste to more than 10% of stain & sealing thus poulticed area with thick plastic sheet for atleast 24 hours.
You can also use WIN chemicals sweeping compound or AKEMI RTU poultice for removing oil stains if the the stained area is in small pockets of the floor. Hope my experience will help & if you happened solve the problem with this info, please let me know your results.
All the best,
Suresh Kumar G

I have a job that they got hydraulic fluid on concrete and paver's I went out today and put down some heavy degreaser PW it and the paver's turned out great. The concrete did not turn out so good the oils all came up however there is a difference in color the area where the hydraulic was and was not. The stained area and unstained dried at the same rate and there was no water beading. Any ideas on how to get rid of the discoloration. We in India have very succesfully solved these problems of cleaning oil stains on concrete by using KLENZTONE #1. You can contact them on www.klenztone.com & wish you all the success.
