    Putting the pw'er up for the winter. I seen those pump saver liquid, I guess you spray into the pump. Is one better than the other? Locally only sears sells them and was wondering if craftsman was just as good as the others? thanks

  9. I am wondering what everybody uses to wash wood? I have a cedar house to wash (no stripping). I have citralic to brighten after the wash but dont know what to use to wash the wood. thanks
  10. I did my first pw job last weekend and the h.o. had that fake grass or carpet whatever that covering is on the porch. the soap got into that stuff and I had a helluva time washing it out. Anybody had this happen? What can I do in the future?

  13. After I changed nozzle today from x jet to turbo, my q.c. shot the turbo nozzle out and after I put it back on, I got wet. Water was coming out above and below the connection. Should I scrap it and buy another or is there an o-ring in there? I havent had a chance to look at it yet. Thanks

  15. My turbo nozzle launched about 8 ft. I actually was still using it after I lost the o ring (had to rinse the bleach!). Got a little wet but it still worked. I havent tried it after the new o-ring, hopefully nothing in the turbo blew!

    Wow you guys ready for this! I just started shopping in my area for S.H. and the cheapest is $3.50/gal. I have talked to 3 different places and they all have cases of (4) 1 gallon containers for $14.00.

  19. This is my first fence (the pic is just after a washing), and that side I did was 27 ft long and it took me 1 hr 1/2. I used EFC 38 and it still took that long. How long should I dwell? Any ideas please give it to me :)

  22. Hey all I officially have not started my business yet but I was cleaning my sisters fence and her neighbor asked me for a quote to clean his dormers on his house. Since I had not expected this and not priced any work yet I was wondering what price you guys would quote for 2 dormers. That is all no other work to be done. I gave a quote but I'd like to hear from the pros first :)

    Ron that is exactly where most of the dirt is where you circled the picture. It looks to me that the H.O. tried to reach what he could out the window and couldnt get that corner. I will try the x jet once I do a practice run with it.

    there is more work there, the soffit and gutters need a good cleaning but the ho said he didnt need that done. He is an older gentleman and cant climb up to dormers to clean
