  1. I know there are alot of variables on pricing a service (overhead, chems, insurance etc.). I'm looking for average prices to clean concrete pavers with a surface cleaner and then to seal them. I need to put some numbers together so I put my business plan together.. Thanks so much
  2. I have been doing alot of browsing try to find the most common ways to clean and seal pavers. What kind of sealers? I am scheduled to attend training to become a techniseal contractor in 2/08. Locally, I have access to techniseal and SRW chemicals and sealers. Water based or siloxane? I pretty much find that applying the sealers by roller is the most preferred method. what"s your opinion? My other question is cold water or hot? Help me get these questions answered. I am going to star marketing this in about 2 months.. Thank for your help
  3. Cleaning and Sealing pavers?

Now after reading some of these threads I'm kinda leaning towards using solvent based sealers. Is there any reasons that I would want to use water based?
  4. Hello Everyone, I just came across an article on the net about cleaning and sealing pavers. I immediately said to myself, what a great idea. I’ve never seen anyone offer this service in our area. I’m located in New Jersey and within the last 10 years or so paver installations have exploded around here. What is the most preferred cleaning and sealing process and which products do you use? I have read about so many different sealant manufacturers, cleaning chemicals, and cleaning methods that I am beginning to scratch my head wondering what are the best ways to provide this service. I feel very confident I can market this service very well. I am just looking for some guidance on the materials and methods used. I have sent a bunch of e-mail out to different companies (mostly in florida) that specialize in paver cleaning asking the same sort of questions. Believe it or not, that was a dead end. Any help would be great. I’ve always learned It’s easier to ask questions than learn by trial and error. Thank You so much, Dave Maher Franklin Lakes NJ
