What size machine do yall have? I have a 5 gpm, with no proportioners on the x jet. I use average 12 gallons on a 2500 sqft. house. A 4 gal will use more with the same xjet. I put 1 gal 12%sh in it and a splash of degreaser for suds. Yall have these difficult recipes for your house wash. When we started we used bleach and laundry soap. Anything other than the bleach is overkill. use soap for suds, so it can stick. Dawn, Tide, or your local stores degreaser, it is only to help the bleach stick. The bleach is the active agent. If anyone disagrees let me know

A 4 gpm wont hurt doing residential, but 5 or better gpm would be best if you want to do any flatwork. Those houses must take a while with a 3.5. How long does it take to do a 2500 sqft house.

5x10 open single axle is your easiest bet. dont carry water lest you have too. the 6x12 is for the big dogs(no offense) I would rather pull my 5x10 into a neighborhood any day over my 6x12 tandem. if you have a roof to put your trailer under, and lock up, you will much rather love the open trailer. just put the water tank center over the axle and you will be fine.

we use the gutter spoon,a plastic spoom with threads in it to put on a painters pole or if you have long stretches of straight gutters, use a pressure washer. I use a trigger gun and a small straight lance on it with the xjet

hey i just want to ask obvious question. Is your xjet all metal or half plastic? if it has the black plastic end, twist it and see if it helps. it goes from fan to cannon
