My first commercial bid and I need HELP
businessformsstore replied to Jude's topic in Business Topics & Tips
Hi Jude, Good luck on getting the contract! You will have to do some research into your materials, labor, insurance, time, gas, etc. to determine what you need to charge. Many factors such as how many people will be working with you, how dirty the place is right now, do you want to charge an initial cleaning rate and then a maintenance rate, etc will factor into your contracted terms. Write down all these plus others and determine what you need to make per hour to make the job worth your while. Always give a per job rate to the customer, not an hourly rate. Good luck! Stacy -

Residential House Wash Contract
businessformsstore replied to alphaomegapw's topic in Documents, Forms & Proofs
Do a search for residential power washing agreements and you should find a few results that are specific to the pressure washing industry. There are many contracts out there. -
Hi Paul, We have a liability waiver available on our website at Start Your Own Small Business With Professional Business Forms And Support - Business Policies & Procedures. If you have any questions, let me know. Regards, Stacy

We offer contracts. The nice thing about that is you can take those to a lawyer and only pay a review fee rather than have them create one for you. Plus if you have them create one for you, it won't be industry specific. Ours relate specifically to power washing. So, you can take it to the lawyer to add any state specific topics you want to add. That will save you $1000's.

We offer a commercial and residential pressure washing contract with a page of business policies here.

We have a nice one on our site. It is in word, is editable, you can type right on the form and print it to make it look more professional, it will come to you with your business information already on it and it has a spot where the customer initials that the work is done to their satisfaction. It has a tear off pay stub to eliminate carbon copies. You also don't buy bulk quanities like at NEBS. You print what you need or you can take to a copy center and copy what you need there. If your phone number changes, you are not stuck with a bunch of useless forms. You can find it at Start Your Own Small Business With Professional Business Forms And Support - Power Pressure Washing If you have any questions about it, let me know. Good luck! Stacy
