How busy are you? With a bad march it will now be the busiest May ever. I am going to buy another flatbed truck. Load it up with 2-10 gal. Machines and a 5. Also a 10gal. Utor chlorine pump and it will kick A. If you are 2 weeks out or more for the next 2 months then load up and get some work done. This could be the best may ever.

I need to try some of this A/C stuff I have heard from a lot of people that it is the bomb. We have a project coming up that is over 400 decks and has F&P on them, can we prep them and put A/C on top?

What is a good cheap clear sealant?

Can I show old projects, I have a couple large wood playgrounds and bridges at country clubs.

I just ordered 2 new ones with 1 g a month for 15.00 each. 1g should be enough for us to use in the field for getting on our crm and booking customers. Just use wifi when you can and do not use it for games or streaming unless you are on wifi. Also I got 11.00 off for having them on with my phone plans so it is really only 19.00 for the 2 of them.

I agree if I was into wood. I do need to try a deck and se the difference, sure I would like it. I have gotten away from sealing and sub most of the deck sealing. I have learned to focus more on what makes me money. A lot of the decks that we clean now are composite decks and I thought I would hate them years ago but I love them because they are so easy to clean and be done.

We do a lot of residential, 70-30. We got away from doing restaurants and small jobs that were not making money. We do more condo's, apartments, buildings on the commercial side. But we did clean over 1200 houses this year and with doing roofs it is a real money maker.

Use a tooth brush, it really cleans them well.

We get 400-700 Gal. a week from March-Sept. and then it goes down some but I would say 12,000-15,000 gal. a year? Here is the corner of my shop, We have 3 275 gal. tanks for chlorine that we pump into the trucks and the 1,600 gal. tanks for water that we fill the water tanks with every morning.

Just got it down to 1.65 a gal. and they deliver it to my shop.

No hot water needed and gutter cleaning is not the end of the world, just tell them they will not come clean and move on.

Randy did you stay in O.C. ??? I here it is bad. What did you do with your boat? We had shingles that blew off our roof. It may be a good thing, house is 15 years old now and people are getting new roofs. It will take a while for the claim? No golf this week?

This is 1 of our trucks set up with 3 machines electric reels a roof pump and 550 water tank. It has been a beast for Rolling Suds Power washing and roof cleaning in Pa. We have a 3 way valve on the uter pump so when after every use we can turn the valve from the Love to the water and it will then rinse out the pump. I will make some more changes this winter with that truck but the flatbeds are the way to go. We will need to buy another one for next year. This is the way to get very fast and efficient. The guys love the electric reels. It is a little costly but worth it.

It is a 14,500 gvw but I did vet gas and a nice fiberglass bed that will be great with the chemicals. Since I got the gas and the light bed it can hold around 8300 pounds on the bed. We only put 8,000-10,000 miles a year on them. Just got my machines and will show some pics. I need to figure out were to put it all?

Just got a brand new Isuzu 14 foot flatbed. How would you set it up? I have to get 3 power washers a udor roof pump and 5 hose reels. Also 600 gal. Water tank. 125 gal. Chem tank and 50 gal. Roof mix tank?

Is a new Isuzu npr gas 14 foot flatbed a good truck? The gas engine will hold 8,000 pounds. I need one now and they got a brand new one with a fiberglass over steel bed that i fan have now.
