You will need to make it a little stronger if you do not want to use any high pressure.

What is the most sealant that you had to get for 1 job?
RSuds posted a question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
We just got this job that I will need to get the most sealant for 1 job that we ever had to get. It is 416 Decks, 20 Bridges and 28 Trash privacy fences. Clean and seal. So I will need to get around 600 Galons for this 1 job. -

We have done a lot of work for them in the last 15 years and this will take us about 4-6 weeks with weather, -

Where/how are you guys filling your water tanks
RSuds replied to CentraFlo's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
It is a pain because these people think water cost a lot of money when it is penny's. We use the water at the buildings and some times we need to let them know what unit we used so they can give that person something if needed. Everyn year we do about 3-4 town house community jobs were they will pay us to get a 5,000 tank of water and sit it on the property for a week. I charge around 2,000 extra for it and they pay. It will cost around 550. to 600 for the truck and the first fill and about 250 each refill. but it is a pain to keep going back and refill. We use some tricks but it is a pain. -

We use the water at the job but with a couple machines at 10 gal. a minute it goes fast. So we do try to fill up the tanks every morning and go. -
Tank draw with gear drives

I would get a bigger tank if you run into a lot of wells. Bigger water tanks are better with a lot of jobs. But what do I know I think Cat pumps are the best. -

We now have a 14ft. and I think we would like a 16ft. for the next one. As you can se with 3 machines and a roof machine it gets packed fast. It is great for productivity. -

What's YOUR most popular Ready Seal color being requested??
RSuds replied to Hose Jockey's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
We use the Natural Cedar the most. I tell people that is what most people get and then we stock more of that. The less confusing it is for them the better. -

It has increased just a little with the house washes but a lot with the roofs. Our other trucks are set up for a lot of productivity also. It is nice to have that Utor pump set up that way so we can rinse it out easy and keep moving. It was a great move to make, that truck has made a lot of money since I got it. We now have a nice shop to drive our trucks in and do not have to worry about the weather and theft. Just moved in 8/1/10 so I still have some stuff to do but love the new office and shop almost 4000 sq. ft. Maybe Roundtable? -
