paul i forgot to mention i did have soap in there the dawn trick the house wash went good just the dam gutters.. i really would like to get to mill. but i have to work those days. unless i can make some "extra" money to cover them 2 days is there still room or is it close to the 75 ppl?

4gpm 12% granted only done bout half a dozen those gutters kicked my but even with krud cutter had to scrub pretty good . used the 12% at first 1.5 gal in a 5ver ws gonna try some chems from somebody but these were spur of the moment thing.

put in a bid for and apt building 62 by 30/ 2 decks 10 by 29 decks plane treated just grey and sideing a little mold on north side bid was 1200 dollars in my town in wisconsin no one wants to pay but hopeing i am in the ball park. thought or comments? thanks

2 story building a little mold on one side deck are easy clean and stain that owner buys. hard to get alot for work around here if i were big city money might come easier

got a call from a lady on sat night wanted her deck just cleaned real good stain was not bad. well ended up doing the house took just my little cold water landa and i had to shut it down to move and went to start and the pull rope broke of and my tools were on my trailer at home. good thing my parents lived close by. note to self never leave home with out tools

well just went out and picked up 50 ft of rope should last me for awhile

speaking of electric start can i retro fit one or do they make them have a landa phg i think it is. 13hp 3.7 gpm 3000psi

i did some digging you can put that white seal and cure on but it will look like you put white paint on it

i have never put cure and seal over old concrete just reg sealer so i am not sure what it would do. i would guess it would give it some more of a white color but i am sure it is temp

what they are spraying is cure and seal slows down the curing process makes for harder concrete. the only reason i know that is cuz concrete is what i do. so if anyone has any other questions about concrete them i can answer the pw stuff i am still reading here, so much to learn so little time

ok i have done the search thing and did not really find an answer. i do concrete for a living and decided to try and add pressure washing to the mix so far slow but i guess that is the way it goes.. what i have is at a church that i poured a parking lot about 4 yrs ago needs to be cleaned and sealed easy enuff but the hard part i also have some sidewalk that is at least 50 yrs old dull and dirty would like to clean and brighten it before i seal it. i did look at envirospecs power stroke. and comment or suggestions? thanks kevin

actually th old stuff turned out a little better when i sealed it at 530 this morn it did seem to be a little brighter after the sealer looked a little darker but sealer not drying to fast in this humid weather

i did use hot water as well as cold did all the mixing per spec it is not that it did not work i guess i was expecting more. dwell time was anywhere from 15 min to 40 min. big area i did get a call from mike at envirospec we talked about it i am not going to give up on it i tried some more on my driveway. just have to keeping trying it. when you use surface cleaner do you prespray or run it thru surface cleaner? still lokking to get one of them after all the time i spent with a wand last night

well finished up my concrete cleaning job and i must say was not impressed with the powerstroke cleaner cannot even tell it was used the water and pressure did all the cleaning as far as i can tell.. and now i see why i need a surface cleaner in all i think it was over 800 square feet with a wand not much fun. i know you save alot of time but do you also use less water?

good morning all survived all the water here in wisconsin. i am looking for ppl who use single axel trailer. i would like to see how they have they arrange there equip. i ahve an alkota hot machine that is 54 inches long and about 38 inch in width on a 5 by 8 trailer not much room have to get a bigger at some point. thanks

i ask the same bio question just pick up my hot water unit and the guy said not a good idea leaves a clear film on the filters that is hard to see and plugs them up. not sure how true but he had a few in his shop cuz they did not run right and the was the problem

did my first garage today have a landa gas cold water 13 hp did a good job but not right away mossy used 12% in 5vr 1/4 apple blossom. was kinda worried did not run off like i thought it might a few applications down streaming when it dried i was pleased so was the owner.gonna do my 1st deck next week but i think i mioght need a diff. tip 3.7 gpm 3500 psi any ideas which tip to get? i tried to use that chart to dumb to figure it out i guess.

used 1 gal 12 in 5 gal bucket downstream

had it all lined up many many decks to do from a rental company in a tourist town. gave a good price all pressure treated and moldy but got beat out by the maint. man. of all people, i know he is just gonna blast away with there little pw. oh well they might call be back

well drove by one of the decks the other day looks a little cleaner but still green looking oh well there losss i gues have to try a little harder next time

hello all from wisconsin. i recently picked up a mi-t-m 5004 series cold water machine with 20 hp for 900.00 could not pass it up but the problem i am having would like to get surface cleaner but all say max 4000 psi and this machine is 5 gmp and 5000 psi. will they work with this machine?? thanks kevin
