This past weekend I had a chance to clean a home in a golf and country club I got a call and the lady was asking how much to clean a pool deck she says how much like $100 or so.I told her my price and we started to talk for a few and she was telling me how she has a gal that charges her by the hr for work around the home.And she was going to clean the deck and it was not getting done as she needed .So in the end I found out she was ill and wheel chair ridden She has a home worth 1 mill. So in the end I did not charge her one dime for my time. I guess the word spread like fire in the country club and I got 6 jobs out of my good deed.All want total clay roofs,home and pool,drive I have a home for each day of the week..So if any of you knew of some sick near you help them out you never know what will come out of it

I was driving a few blocks from my home. And a sign was at this house the day before I just seen pressure washing.So i said to my self must be kids washing cars.So I drive by today and slowed down to read it nope not kids it read pressure washing side walk 5 bucks...I have to stop and get a pic for all to see ..stay tuned

I needed that site today when we were woke up to my phone ringing of the hook around 5:30 am telling me there is 100 mph winds heading for my house from the storm that rolled in from the golf thank god it moved a bit west of me at the last min...just like last year go to bed with tornado warnings wake up to towns rip a part...one more thing my great direct tv could not get nothing in at all.So had my 3 kids move in to the bath room and hope for the best man I need to get a weather radio

I got a call for a 2,240 s/f deck to be washed and sealed oh plus 15 steps first off I need a price for washing the deck or a round about $ range then I need to find a sealer and charge for the washing and cleaning This house is beach side not my cup of tea but ill take it
