Ladder stabilizers are a must. Another great ladder safety item that I have used for years is the PiVIT ladder tool form Pro Vision. You will wonder what you did without it. You can buy it online at their website, e-bay has a reseller and available at Sherwin Williams and many paint stores.ProVision Tools - Suppliers of PiViT accessories and the Roof Boot.

Tough stains giving me fits....HELP!
AquaCleanTN replied to Aqua Pro's question in Residential Pressure Washing
You have to be very careful when cleaning stucco especially if mesh is exposed. Dry-vits website tells what that can be used on stucco to clean it. See website http://www.dryvit.com/fileshare/doc/us/description/ds152.pdf. The best solution I have tried and another stucco mfg recommended is sodium hypochlorite and tsp. I add borax and a commercial surfactant. Sounds like Applesauce. We use some pressure as they recommend on real dirty areas. -

i have had this happen before on stucco that has been installed improperly.the only alternative is to paint the trim.they will need to repair stucco that has mesh exposed.you have done everything you can.remember this when giving estimates on stucco in the future. -
low cost diaphragm pumps like the shurflo and delavan with low flow and low psi can do the job but aren't in the same league as a gas powered roller pump like the Chemical Bandit. walkable roofs are ok for the shurflo and delevan but steep roofs need more psi and flo to do the best job in a timely and safe manner(higher psi will keep you off of alot of roofs). no brainer when it comes to gas powered pumps that can shoot at 100 psi or better. cost is the only thing to consider between the two types of pumps $125 bucks or $1500. if cost is not that big of a factor go with the better pump as an investment in your business.air diaphragm pumps are also great and a little less expensive than the roller pumps with gas powered motors.

The cleaning of the north and east will remove the stains and bring back roof color to the same as the rest of the house. You would not see any difference unless the other areas are dirty. The SH and TSP will clean any asphalt shingleno matter what color. Your mixture will need to be adjusted to how dirty the roof is 50/50 SH and water with only 1 cup of TSP may be to weak especially if x-jetted. If you are going to do roofs invest in a delavan 5800 pump from Pressure-Tek, 200 ft of 5/8 chem hose, and a hose reel with a good ppoly sprayer to start. To do the best job for roofs from cleaning and protecting you need more TSP and add Borax and polmolive liquid soap to your mix. Look at the threads for "Applesauce" to get the right proportions for the mix and learn more about Borax and TSP.
