    I use a product called Gutter Renew. It's made by the New Again Company. It's the closest you can come to a "brush free" gutter job.

    Try using Sodium Hydroxide. Most cleaning supply companies should be able to help you find Sodium Hydroxide mixed with suffacant. Of coarse, be sure to do a test area first. Sodium Hydroxide is an alkaline (the opposite of acid). You must use it with safety in mind.

    You can use a restorative soap like SafeRestore from EcoChem. This cleaner with a cold water pressure washer would take you less than ten minutes.
