  1. I need some help with methods for cleaning a Boat dock. I'm concerned about my waste water just going directly into the atlantic ocean. It just doesn't seem right to me. What chemicals if any can be used for this? The Dock has algae, mildew, etc. it's in rough shape. Even if I just use water I'm wondering if I can be fined by EPA. Should I avoid the job?     I have a house that was partially burned by fire and it has asbestos shingles. I'm trying to prep it for paint and would like to clean up the shingles as best i can. What should I use (chemical) ? What are your thoughts on this project as a whole? Thanks

    Yes, the water broom is correct. You don't think that they save time?
