Cleaning out gutters and downspouts?
moorepowerwash replied to moorepowerwash's topic in Window & Gutter Cleaning
Hello again, the HOA through me a curve ball with this property there are a few places were I can access water but because of so called political issues I was requested not to use the water on the property so I have to find a different source to supply my water the only other option I have is my own and it is city water. I have a 300 gal tank and am trying to figure in a price to supply the water for the complete job. How much extra would you guys charge for this inconvience. For the total job if I have figured right it will take about six times if I use low pressure for all vinyl siding. I'am figuring it will take about an hr per tank to stop travel to my home and fill up my tank. Any input would be help I have won the bid all I need to do is factor this in and I need help because I have never had to do this before. thanks chris -

Hello Jeff, thanks for your reply,as for the roof the answer is yes they are walkable very level all the way around all 11 buildings. About the blower I do not have a back pack but I do have a very powerful but small hand held.Do your think that would work ok with the other items you suggested. Also thanks for the contract info that you sent me it has been real helpful. chris -
First commercial gutter cleaning job, don't have pic, but was wondering what method you guys use? The property is one story they are 10 buildings with 4 units to a building and one with five units a total of 45.If you need more info to help me figure the best method just ask.I start the job next week. Thanks for any help.

From my point, as someone new on this forum any and all questions that I ask for help with are open to anyone who has the answers. If you guys ask for more info its only to give a more detailed and precise answer, and for that I would like to thank every professional that takes the time to help beginners like myself to also become a professional in this field.I don't know of many places that you can come and ask professional people that have so much hard earned knowledge that most of you when you started did not have an avenue like this forum to come to and get answers to.Thank you BETH and ROD and every one else that make this forum what it is. A PLACE WITH A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE THAT MOST OF THE TIME I CAN COME HERE WITH A QUESTION AN IF I SEARCH I DON'T EVEN HAVE TO POST THE QUESTION. THANX ALL.

Help with pricing to clean out gutters?
moorepowerwash posted a question in Residential Pressure Washing
Just looked at a 45 unit property to bid on cleaning vinyl, concrete patios, and cleaning out the gutters. They are single story with four unit sections x 10 then there is one five unit. The four section units are about 96ft x 10 then one at about 123ft.Were I need help is with most of the gutters they are not around trees, only about 8 to 9 of the building on one side are close to trees. Did not climb on roof to look but most are no were close to the trees. thanks for any input. P.S. this is only one phase so I would like to price this wisely so I could also recieve the next phase. -
How is your residential business
moorepowerwash replied to Doug Dahlke's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Doug, I'm there with you 'I have done mostly residential since I started up late last summer.I did three house last week that was good, but since then not a call.I still work full time and do this part time.I have ads in local phone book and yellowpage book both of which can be accessed from the web and I have yard signs. It seems like most of my biz thus far has come from my yard sign I have in my on yard. The ads just came out the past few months and it will take some time. Also just purchased magnetic signs for my truck and had a sign put on my tank it looks really good. When I get a chance I will post pictures of it to see what you guys think. -
Thanks for the helpful tips every one.
