That house would take 1 guy 3-4 house tops. $400 easy. I also upsell window cleaning. I do charge extra for this service.

I have done some extensive advertising for pressure washing this coming yr. Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems like hot water is the way to go for just about everything. I use lowes 3700 honda power washers now, but want to know if I should consider a pressure washing rig. I would like to expand from two to three times a week to daily. I beleive I can get the work because of my reputation in the window cleaning industry. If so, what riggs would you guys prefer?

Hey guys. Iam fairly new to the sight and to pressure washing, but I live in pa also and I am with Ken to a certain extent. I do not charge anything less then $400 for any house in the area. If I charge anything less its because its one story or I know the person. I probably lose a few jobs by charging this much but I look at it as if I get it I'm making out. For the time it takes me to get to the job, set up and gas $400 is what I need to make money. If a customer does want a wax on the house I would charge more then the $400. I this house takes me 3-4 hours to clean then $400 is a fair price.

Use a brush, squeegee, dawn and amonia and the windows will look awesome.75% of my bus. is windows. I usually use a different soap but dawn will work for your case.

Does anyone know how to get the little black dots that are caused from mulch off siding ?

Does anyone have any recommended cleaning products to clean these? I usually use just cold water pressure washer 3700 honda engine. It usually works well, but trying to make my job easier with a chemical.

This is how I power wash siding. I start from top to bottom using a lowes 3700 pressure washer. I use ladders for everything and sray krub kutter on the sections that need allot of attention. I work a side by side motion for the hole house. I would like to know what other people are doing out their. What I'am doing right and wrong? What will make my job easier? I have been pressure washer for two yrs and this yr I am doing it 3-4 times a week. I charge $400-$550 for a house between 3000 and 5000 square foot. takes me about 5-6 hours to do. Does anyone have a chemical to get black streaks off stucco from the gutters. Its run off from the gutter and after I powerwash it I still see a stain on the stucco. I used krub kutter and purple power but either really got the stain out. I also used a 3700 pw form lowes.

I will chaeck out that gutter grenade. I have had these pressure washers for about two years know. I was using them about two to three times a week, but know I am using them almost everyday. Should I be getting worried about their durability? I do take good care of them. Thanks for the info

Thanks for the tip. Sorry about not being more specific. As of right know I just needed help cleaning off mildew spots and black and green algae. What would you use for some of the other stains that you mentioned? They are not sealed with anything and the customer just wants to get them looking clean.

Hi everyone, I am new to the site and I have been doing power washing for about a year. I'm still not sure how to price a deck. Like a 10 by 20 I would charge at least $200 - $225 unless it was difficult to get to. My main line of work is window cleaning. But I'm noticing power washing is profitable. Can anyone help. Thanks

Does anyone know how to get grease spots from a grill and sun tan lotion of this type off deck. I tried Krud kutter, simple greene, purple power and nothing worked.

Thanks guys for the imput. I really just want to clean decks and stay away from the staining. To much of a hassel. What should I charge per square for just cleaning? Is composite deck a differant price then regular wood deck?

I work out of a pickup truck. I need something to keep my squeegies, t-bars, and hip buckets in. Something enclosed and portiable. I have tryed crates and buckets but it just does'nt seem organized. I do not want a tool box because I have A trac rack that slides. My squeeges seem to get beat up alot because of this. Does anyone have any good ideas?
