Trying to keep the peace!

Dirt cheap? Not really. How long did it take? I would estimate about 3 hours work there. I'm not sure where $900.00 comes in. My brother who allows my to use his storage. I would figure what storage would cost you, double it then reduce the price by that much. What did you spend in chems? $20.00 gas? $6.00-$7.00. Even if you are 100% correct and he is 100% wrong is it worth $300.00 the difference between what he remembers paying when gas and chems were 30-40% cheaper? The value of having a good relationship with your brother as they say " PRICELESS ". -

I only offer flood products
scpressure posted a question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
I'm not a "woody" yet, but the potential here (coastal south carolina) is great. I would like to know your experience with flood products and others. I am confident with their warranty and support. I start my bid at $2 a sq.,my pitch is that most companies use Olympic or Thompson's and seal over existing sealant, where I strip to lumberyard new wood for proper penetration of wood preservatives. I don't really want to offer a three tier choice "the best", "good", and "Thompson's". With the labor involved I only want to offer the best. If you guys can help me continue to give only the best service, I would really appreciate it. ' -
Need Help on business Quote
scpressure replied to bsblltj's question in Residential Pressure Washing
TJ, I don't bid by square ft., I do it by time. If it is mostly 1 floor that would be a high bid for me. I try to figure how long it will take from set up to drive off X 100. If you can get $1470 go for it. Can you do this in less than 8 hours? If so do you normally get $200 p/hr? Good luck I hope you get it. -
most water bibs put out 8-12 gal per minute. as far as hydrants i have used them and will in the future with caution, heavy fine if caught.

I like the idea of checking on the neighbors plants. If the neighbors plant are in the same condition point it out. If not take the hit and buy some plants. You reputation is worth a lot more than the cost of the plants. On one day I burned three families flowers (the wand had a pin hole leak). I sent over a landscaper to replace anything they requested. It cost me about $300.00, but all three families were happy, the landscaper (a friend of mine) got a new customer and I learned a pin hole leak can be expensive. Do you really need all the different ingredients in your mix?
