I stained a client's cedar deck and he was happy with the result and wanted his porch stained as well. The porch is two feet off the ground, enclosed by the house on three sides, has no spacing between boards and the dryer hose vents directly beneath the porch. I checked the moisture content on several occasions after sunny weather and some boards were still as high as 22%. Is there any product, (ideally a semi), that would hold up in this situation? Any advice would be appreciated. thank you
