    Word of mouth or website is all I've had. Just this year I went with the little home town phonebook (they're cheap) and already had a few calls from it. I can tell you the website is gonna be the wave of the future. (if it's not already here)

    DBA at this time. IL wants 500 bucks for the LLC, which has steered me off for now.

    Yep I concur with Thad and Daniel. You have to add the SC and water mix to the bleach or you'll not mask the smell at all. To me it almost totally masks the bleach smell but again as Dan said I don't get the overwhelming smell of cherries either. Stuff works great though.

    ya the real estate agent thing is bothering me too. Good deal on getting the job and extra however. Might land you more before it's all over with. Need to educate the agent a bit however....

  13. On any deck refinishing jobs I meet with them. If they have to have an "internet" estimate and don't want to take an hour to meet with me and talk to me they'll probably be better off with someone else. The one time I did one cause he didn't have time...he didn't have time to get me the check either.
