Yeah, I think that was me, lol. I was the one with the little dog.

Andy makes his own stripper that works great. He knows every trick in the book. He is a little old though, I think he started doing decks before trees were invented, lol.

it forces the stain deeper into the wood. It also puts a more even coating on the wood, if you know what you are doing. with the speed you get, you can charge a little less and still make the same per hour. I did a job once where I was spraying and someone was getting their deck done right next door. It was funny because we both started staining about the same time. When I was finished, and packed up I went over to introduce myself and say hello, actually doing re con, and saw that he was only half way done with the railings. spraying in my opinion is 75% faster. there are soooo many other uses for it as well.

God Bless America, and everyone who fought for her... Michael Cappa US Army, 19th Engineers TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS, HE LIVED ALL ALONE, IN A ONE BEDROOM HOUSE MADE OF PLASTER AND STONE. I HAD COME DOWN THE CHIMNEY WITH PRESENTS TO GIVE, AND TO SEE JUST WHO IN THIS HOME DID LIVE. I LOOKED ALL ABOUT, A STRANGE SIGHT I DID SEE, NO TINSEL, NO PRESENTS, NOT EVEN A TREE. NO STOCKING BY MANTLE, JUST BOOTS FILLED WITH SAND, AND ON THE WALL PICTURES OF FAR DISTANT LANDS. WITH MEDALS AND BADGES, AWARDS OF ALL KINDS, A SOBERING THOUGHT CAME TO MY MIND. FOR THIS HOUSE WAS DIFFERENT, SO DARK AND SO DREARY, THE HOME OF A SOLDIER, NOW I COULD SEE CLEARLY. THE SOLDIER LAY SLEEPING, SILENT, ALONE, CURLED UP ON THE FLOOR IN THIS ONE BEDROOM HOME. THE FACE WAS SO GENTLE, THE ROOM IN SUCH DISORDER, NOT HOW I PICTURED A UNITED STATES SOLDIER. WAS THIS THE HERO OF WHOM I'D JUST READ? CURLED UP ON A PONCHO, THE FLOOR FOR A BED? I REALIZED THE FAMILIES THAT I SAW THIS NIGHT, OWED THEIR LIVES TO THESE SOLDIERS WHO WERE WILLING TO FIGHT. SOON ROUND THE WORLD, THE CHILDREN WOULD PLAY, AND GROWNUPS WOULD CELEBRATE A BRIGHT CHRISTMAS DAY. THEY ALL ENJOYED FREEDOM EACH MONTH OF THE YEAR, BECAUSE OF THE SOLDIERS, LIKE THE ONE LYING HERE. I COULDN'T HELP WONDER HOW MANY LAY ALONE, ON A COLD CHRISTMAS EVE IN A LAND FAR FROM HOME. THE VERY THOUGHT BROUGHT A TEAR TO MY EYE, I DROPPED TO MY KNEES AND STARTED TO CRY. THE SOLDIER AWAKENED AND I HEARD A ROUGH VOICE, "SANTA DON'T CRY, THIS LIFE IS MY CHOICE; I FIGHT FOR FREEDOM, I DON'T ASK FOR MORE, MY LIFE IS MY GOD, MY COUNTRY, MY CORPS." THE SOLDIER ROLLED OVER AND SOON DRIFTED TO SLEEP, I COULDN'T CONTROL IT, I CONTINUED TO WEEP. I KEPT WATCH FOR HOURS, SO SILENT AND STILL, AND WE BOTH SHIVERED FROM THE COLD EVENING'S CHILL. I DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE ON THAT COLD, DARK, NIGHT, THIS GUARDIAN OF HONOR SO WILLING TO FIGHT. THEN THE SOLDIER ROLLED OVER, WITH A VOICE SOFT AND PURE, WHISPERED, "CARRY ON SANTA, IT'S CHRISTMAS DAY, ALL IS SECURE." ONE LOOK AT MY WATCH, AND I KNEW HE WAS RIGHT. "MERRY CHRISTMAS MY FRIEND, AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT."

I think Monday is a good idea. I would be there.

Great price. Rob, the titan 440 i is the way to go for applying stain. It works great too if you get houses to paint. It will pay for itself in 3 jobs due to the speed you get compared to doing it buy hand. It also atomizes the stain, which used to be a huge selling point for me since so many near me do it by hand.

It's soda, pop is what someone gets when they don't pay, lol
-
It's about time you used that surfacer Andy, lol. Now all you have to do is learn how to wash trucks, he he.
-
I was only kidding, I wouldn't hurt a fly.
-
here's what I would do if you still havent' been paid. Tell him to pay you within 3 days or you will go put the dirt back on the house. If you don't get paid, get some dirt, mix it with water and then throw it all over the house. You could first tell the homeowner the contractor owes you money and see if they will pay it, probably not, I would put the dirt back, then visit the non payer with a bat at your side. I will collect it for you for a fee.

she should be in good spirits when she gets out. She will have a very nice lawsuit.

Rob, I saw it the other day. I will tell you this, the pictures do it no justice. This is by far, the best, lightest, strongest, most effecient build I have ever seen. You are getting the deal of the century with this one. I am seriously considering having Bob do the same for me. You won't beleive how sweet it is until you see it in person.

I stand corrected. I was just messing with Cleveland Mobile anyway. I hope you guys realized that. I have never two stepped so I can't say what would or wouldn't work.

I would say good advice would be to not 2 step a vinyle sided house. Maybe I am crazy, but I would think acid would eat plastic pretty quick. he he, what's up Andy

Cold water for Commercial flat work
Mike Cappa replied to John T's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Rob, I don't know where you get your info from, I am not going to agree or disagree, but son, you have alot to learn. that is ok, this is the place to learn, but you better keep your mind open to suggestions and ideas or you will be left in the dust. -
nothing, and I repeat nothing will last forever.

you can mix oxalic and hd-80 with cold water, the chem just won't disslove fully fast enough. I have tried it both ways. when I used cold water, my pump up, or shurflo kept getting clogged because of un diluted chem. Hot water works much better. It is also nice when you want a hot cup of coffee. Bet noone has done that yet, lol Rob, the setup you are getting is SWEET, just add a hot box to it and you will be a cleaning mad man. It will be well worth the couple extra bucks.

as soon as I can find it, I will.
-
sorry, yes it is 6136

that is what I use, and get it from who you said. It hits the gutter at 10-1 at it's strongest that I use, 20-1 has worked well also, but not in every single case.

rinse aid, only sometimes. if you rinse the windows right after soaping them you shouldn't have a problem, that is unless you have hard water.

I have work in Kentucky and Indiana (commercial) flat work. Each is at about 15 locations. If interested, email me. It has to get done pretty quick, so a timely response is appreciated. Maybe even Cincinatti, if I don't feel like doing it.
