Hi everyone! My name is Chip and I live in Florida panhandle area. This site is great, especially for the inexperienced to gain valuable info. I have cleaned off and on for many years now and have both residential and commercial experience in roofs, concrete, bldgs., you name it. I wanted to respond to Phillips question about hot h2o machines. They are great if you will be using the machine for "proper applications". They do generally require more maintenance than cold water units and can be heavy to tow/haul in certain configurations. Anyway, good luck with your endeavors and lok forward to talking w/ everyone.
