It all depends on where you go in the orlando area. What part are you planning to move into. Here in Kissimmee, the fly by nighters are charging $30 for a house was $75 for roof wash (2000sq ft homes). Just as with Don, if you have any questions feel free to ask. I will help as much as possable. I much rather see knowledgeable competition rather than those damn fly by nighters.

I was lucky through francis, just a few more tree limbs that charley missed and not much more. Charley how ever knocked out power for 9 days and droped the top half of my 120 yr old live oak, all which were laying in the front yard. I have a salt water fish tank and lost everything in it. Francis I slept through, charley I shook through. If you watched the reports my county recived the most damage from the 2 storms 480 million. the other counties avrage about 15-80 million.

I live in Kissimmee, one of the hardest areas hit in Central Florida. My house survived, but about 4 of my neighbors lost their entire roofs. We have no power at home (I'm at my p/t job at disney) and arent supposed to have power for another week. I've been through a few hurricanes in my time, but this one is the worst by far. Should be up and washing by mid week.

I use the my washer.. Simply I use the 45 degree tip and blow what I can off... What stays..Stays.. I try to stay about 8 inches away from the screen. With a 4000 psi machine, I have not made any holes in a screen. If you want more detail you can call me at 321.377.0113
