  1. Thank you Beth and Rod and thanks Ken for getting back to me so quickly and for helping me out with information. Ken I loved your product so you can count on me as a customer as soon as you get your site straightened out. In the mean time I will chek out the site that Beth and Rod mentioned, Thanks again I dont do a lot of pressure washing but I do incorporate it into my painting business and the information and help I have received on this site has been invaluable. Heres to warmer weather

  2. the only way I have ever been able to remove caulking is to take a razor blade to both up and below the caulking line and scrape it out, should be able to pull it out like a long string, good luck and charge accordingly

    ps also an old wallpaper trick is to unplug the end of the caulking tube and empty the contents, tint and mix to the color you are using. replace back into caulking tube replace plug. obviously if using latex stain use latex caulk and oil stain use oil based caulk.
