Hi all, I'm looking for some advice on ladder standoffs. Ideally I would like something which is adjustable from about 12 to at least 24 inces away from the wall and at least 42 inches wide. Also something that can be switched from one ladder to another without too much trouble. Does this exist or am I simply dreaming? Thanks

Ladder Standoffs

Well I was able to find something that works out, I hope. www.levelok.com has a 12 inch and a 24 inch stand off and a quick release mount. All of it can be moved from ladder to ladder by just removing 1 pin for the mount and two pins for the stand off. They should be here today and I will get to play with them. total cost $80.85. I'll let you know how they work. -
Dale, If it's not too late I would also appreciate a copy. Thanks swiftriverclean@yahoo.com

Hi everyone, I have the oppurtunity to bid on final cleanup of a new elementary school. I don't know the square footage yet but feel comfortable in saying over 75,000Sq Ft. I have not done any large commercial work as of yet and would appreciate some input. I was thinking of bidding it at .20 per Sq. Ft plus $6.00 per window. Would appreciate comments about this quote. Thanks

I have an oppurtunity to buy a Landa hot water pw unit. It's a 240volt unit and Lp or natural gas fired. I don't have the exact model number, I believe it is 3.5 gpm @ 2500psi. The unit is in good shape and has less than 200 hrs on it. I could get it for about $700.00 I know they paid $5300.00 new in 2000. Is this a good investment or should I let it go?

Was thinking of possible mounting in an enclosed trailer. Hadn't considered reselling, any idea what its worth. Just as some background the company I work for was recently sold and they are selling off a lot of equipment. Yesterday I purchased a 32' fiberglass ext. ladder a 24' ext. ladder a 12' step ladder and two 4' step ladders all fiberglass the oldest being 4yrs. Total cost $50 Mike
