It will not try to steer , watch for pedestrians , buildings , road signs and other cars on the road. It don't have traction control , stability control or ABS ... In Socialist countries nothing goes to average people. Everything goes to big guys. Goverment will own private properties ... it will be like in Russia , Cuba or China ... No difference at all ;-) But it looks like it's the only way to help little bit for our economy. It's just beginning . It will be more requests from auto industry to bail them out . You are right ....all of you. There is many different techniques and chemicals to wash houses. It's up to a contractor what he choose and how happy customer will be. I'm VERY PICKY about my own work and my experience with customers is that most of them have way lower expectations about the results than I have. My customers are always very happy . I almost never use brush on houses . I use low or high pressure with just enough chemicals to help me with the project . Brushing the whole house is ok and waaaay better than x-jetting with toooons of chemicals all over the place. Glory didn't work for me at all . They have few good products but you can make similar mixes by yourself. Just my 2 cents .... happy labor day weekend !

This fence .... sounds like pressure treated wood . Some customers say it's mold :)) I would say all pressure treated wood is more or less green from chemicals

Use concrete cleaner . Just test some spot before as with any cleaner. Dryvit is a concrete finish. I was cleaning dryvit buildings with my father over 20 years ago using very simple chemicals . If not careful you will learn fast to not use pressure on it. I saw first building ever with dryvit finish ... it's over 38 years old and it looks like new ! Good luck

Found new " updated " pricing guide on delco website ... Considering few price suggestions , pw contractor would make around $5-10 per hour. Short and on point Jarrod :) Oil based stains are best I remember when I was a kid my father was staining our fences using USED MOTOR OIL .... yup motor oil . Nice dark brown color :D It lasted for years . At that time there was no stains in the stores , just paint.

Jarrod ... It's hard to beat $39 house wash anywhere :D Depending on the house $39 may not cover gas and chemicals even for a small house. Beth ...doesn't matter where you live ...gas and chemicals prices are almost the same. I'm really suprieced that company which sells pw equipment ( delco ) is showing pw contractors how little you can make comparing to how much you have to pay for equipment . It just doesn't make any sense. I'm not worry that someone is going to charge just $39 or so . It's just impossible to make enough money to eat lunch in McD :)

I clean up to 3 story high buildings with great results and less chemicals than xjeting. I have absolutely no problem to do that with 24 feet wand. I'm 6.4 and about 270 lbs :) . Customers are always happy with the results. I will never use xjet again. I found out that after xjeting siding looks good BUT if you can see it close - especially 2 , 3 story high - it's still dirty ! With wand you can do much better quality job in almost same time I guess small guys will use xjet and real man / big guys will use wand :lgsideway

How you can say pw and sealing is an add on ...$100 for fire pit with pw and good sealer ? Come on , you are not dealing with this guy, we have to deal with him . This kind of posts especially on craigslist makes cheap customers even cheaper . They don't want fire pit but only pw and sealer...so they think if all together cost from $100 than just power washing and sealing should cost...hmmmm....30-50 bucks ? Economy here is really bad and plus those ads all around makes a lot of "cheap" people . Thank God for repeat and commercial customers.
