That sound like my guys we have down here also must be bothers or something. I personaly do not go after mobile homes they cheap do not stick one the same personer year after year. I call them the AARP shopers.

Spray is right it takes about 4-8 times seeing your name before some thing happens.

John did you knock out the plug that is in the cap just plumped it with 5/8 graden hose. I am just asking becuase I want to do the same with cold water setup I have.

Russ, Ron and John all that information is all great and it is great to learn from some of the masters in the industry. I do not post much but I am always asking question so learn to from what you guys do jobs.

That is what I get for asuming anything. So how many guys are on one trailer system it is normaly me and my wife go out as team my wife does the pr and I setup wash down house then she kicks me out the the system so she do the the driveways.

Ron I remember you posted one time that you run two men crews with 5.5 hot water rig but forgot what size float tank you have and if you have relciam. my setup is realy small also but I do mostly house and driveways hoping this year can put more time into comerical work.

Here is another stupid question with reclaim if you go out to job site with 200 gallons you reclaim what you use how much can you pickup of waste water.

Don't use donuts but I do go to walmart get the candle packet that is 10 dallors work great for me. what I do is give small candle out when I do meet the customer bid. I then give larger candles out to pple that get house wash works great for me.Not sure if Krispy Kreme is still around in but not all of us go ape over them, I personally found nothing about them to be any different then any other fried donut, oily and loaded with calories.Now that said if you were to bring them donuts make sure the management post that so they all know where to go for them.

That is gate way to being pro painter do it for friend then another you are hucked.;)I'm going to do some painting!My painting experience is minimal, used to do the Boys and Girls Club's every year and we would also paint apartments used for temporary housing for homeless families.
This is for a good friend and for no pay but I want to do a top quality job.
It's a home interior that's about 15 years old and nothing has ever been painted. The usual dings and gouges and staining of a house with a single parent and 3 kids. I'm mostly interested in the prep work, do I clean the walls, use a primer, etc.
The existing paint is kind of a cream color and will be covered with the same or darker color.
Any pointers appreciated.

I will not lie I have mobile park that I do for $65 per person but park I go to all single wides. I tell them if they can get there friend to get there house washed at the same time then I will give group deal boy do they jump on that deal.
Ron when are you coming out this way next time would love pick that big brain of yours.
