  3. when i was is in business a couple years ago i charged $1 sq for flat surfaces on decks and $3 a linear ft for rails (wash & stain). how much are the rates upto now. i know it dpends on the area. i am in the washington, dc area. these were georgia prices.
  4. i use to charge a $1 a linear ft per level to clean a house. hot water with hot wax and cool rinse. clean gutters with gutter zap. this was in georgia. i made out pretty good. am in in the washington, dc metro area now and thinking of starting up again to spend time with my nephew and get him started in an exciting business. i also would like to grow big enough again to go full time. any help on pricing would be great.
  5. I would like very much to get a copy of those. I am going to start up and never did put anything together. Never thought about it. I am older and wiser now so I am thinking something like that would help in the future since I would like to grow the company into a few crews.
