    I Use a combination of apple and peach wood for smoking my meats. They give a mild sweet Smokey flavor opposed to the over powering flavor that you get from hickory and mesquite.

    I use Bob's recipe as well with great results. However when I need that extra cling a few shots of Apple Blossom Dawn does the trick.
